Story
Tigger Tiger is the runt of 4 kittens born March 27, 2023, the last of the 4 to get adopted. Their mom came to my home after surviving a house fire a month prior to her delivering in my home. Tigger is very playful, acrobatic, and verbal. She knows the command, "Off!" Recently she was out on a 'trial adoption' and returned only after a week. The couple did not have the patience to acclimate her to their own cat, which can take several weeks for some. In my home, Tigger has not been successful engaging her mom or my own male cat in play. They do not want to play with her so she is constantly vying for my attention. Since her birth, I've noticed on two separate occasions what appeared to be mild seizure that lasts maybe 10 seconds. This has not been officially diagnosed by a vet and maybe due to eating a bug, I just don't know. She's not been sick, has a good appetite, and uses the litter box with regularity. Tigger has a ton of personality and needs to find her person.

Story
This is Luna. She was born in August of 2019. Luna's previous owner had to give Luna and her other cat up when she moved into a friend's apartment who preferred a roommate without cats. Luna is new to LIFE House and we are in the process of learning her likes and dislikes. Recently, Luna had a cold and had to take medication for several days. One thing we learned--Luna doesn't like to take medication! Please visit our website https://www.lifehouse4animals.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
This is Marlie. She was born in 2018. She likes attention from people, but does not care much for other cats. She has a bit of "cattitude", but she will do ANYTHING for Temptation treats!! She would do best with someone who has prior cat experience and is willing to accept Marlie as she is: mostly affectionate, but with the ability to be a little contrary sometimes (like most of us)! Story
8/30/22 Today I marked Cola as bonded with Kami. They have been Guests at Life House since they were kittens. October 25, 2019 is their intake date. Kami, pictured with one of her favorite volunteers, is the one that did not always play well with others, however Cola seems to get along fine according to the stories I have heard. They will be a little shy when you meet them as they have had private guest quarters for most of their stay. If you are looking for a pair of cats to add to your home, please consider these two! We believe they will warm up to anyone with a little time, however, if you are not sure, please consider fostering them for a while so they can change your mind. This shy girl is Kammi. She was born in April 2019. She and her sister, Cola, came to Lifehouse when they were rescued by a good Samaritan. Both cats experienced some trauma as kittens and were very scared for the first few weeks after coming to Lifehouse. Kammi has made great strides but is still shy. She and Cola are used to being together, although each would probably do fine without the other in the right home. Kammi LOVES being petted. Once you earn her trust, you have a friend for life. Kammi would probably do best in a quieter household and with someone who has prior cat experience. Cola and Kammi seem to be rather bonded with Cola being the more dominant of the two. Story
This little girl is Debby. She was born in 2019. She came to us from Meade County where she was brought in as a stray. She had some hard times, and takes a bit of time to trust and warm up, but she has definitely been a pet at some point. She is a quiet, reserved girl. She is not aggressive towards other cats, but stays to herself. She prefers the attention of humans. She would very much like a forever home with someone who will be patient with her and build her confidence.
