Story
Gracie is a 5 year old sweetie pie. She loves to cuddle while you’re relaxing on the couch and bed. She has a tummy issue where she needs to eat Prescription Hills urinary food but other than that she is very healthy. When I acquired Gracie 5 years ago she was very skiddish and very nervous. She did not trust anyone. With a little time and patience she has become very playful and friendly. I now have grandchildren and my evenings have become busy. I hate to leave her alone so much because I also work full time. Gracie does well with kids and adults. She has not been around other cats or dogs. I do have her cat carrier, new litter box, 1 box of litter and some food that comes with her as well.

Story
Peach loves people. He enjoys belly rubs, and you can hold him on his back like a baby. Peach is a big boy coming in at over 14 lbs, he is tall and long. If you like a substantial boy, Peach is your guy. He was abandoned in a rural community dumped in the woods. It didn't take him long to find people to help him out.  Peach would do best as an only cat, he does well with older children. He is fully vetted and ready for his forever home. October 31, 2025, 2:19 am

Story
Hi, I am about 1 ½ years old and have been named Mooie or Moo Moo (because I am marked like a favorite cow of my foster mom. Yes, a cow! Can you believe it!)  Although I have become quite fond of the name and respond to it now because of the affection associated to it.No one really knows my background; I'm not sure I even do. My foster mom believes that I must have had a home at one time and may have been dumped. She found me as a stray and I was not at all interested at that time, of a grubby human touching me. I had to be trapped. Although it took me quite some time, 3 to 4 weeks, to realize that she was a good thing and I was going to have a good place to go from now on, I never hissed or scratched when approached.  At first, it was coming close to her for food, then for a pet, until the day I was all over her for affection. I'm still a little skittish at the unknown, but now I love being loved. I am going to take time to trust a new person and a new environment but, I promise, it will be worth it in the end!  My foster mom really wanted to be a foster failure with me, but as she explained, she couldn’t keep all the fosters or there would be no room in her home for another poor soul in need of help. It’s hard & disappointing for us, but I get it. Here, I’ll find a great FOREVER home.Foster mom says I am very well mannered.  I don’t scratch the furniture, only my big scratching tree. I don’t jump on the counters; I always use the litter box and I don’t scream to go outside. I must admit, when I am hungry, I will let know!  I am independent, usually quietly lounging somewhere for the day. The evenings seem to bring out the affection in me and I prefer to settle in next to you…. sometimes.  I am not sure yet about the dogs.  I don’t go after them, nor they me, or swipe at them. I just am not yet sure I want to share a couch with them.  However, I’m pretty easy going & in time, I’d be fine.Foster mom does not think I’d do well in a home with young kids or lots of activity. But if you want a future snuggle bug just to hang with, I’m your girl. Please remember to allow me time to adjust.  I had a pretty rough start of life, and really hope the rest of it to be forever and one that every kitty deserves.  January 27, 2026, 1:53 am

Story
Meet Nicholas Nicholas—affectionately known as Nick—came to us from a heartbreaking situation. His elderly owner became overwhelmed caring for multiple cats and sadly passed away, leaving the kitties alone in the home for several days. When we rescued Nicholas, he was hungry, sickly, and unsure of the world around him.Because Nick didn’t receive consistent care or socialization early on, he’s still learning how to trust people and build confidence. He’s a very sweet boy at heart—just timid and nervous at times. He’s not aggressive in any way; he simply needs patience, gentleness, and time to feel safe. The beautiful thing about Nicholas is that he wants to trust. He’s already learning that humans can be kind, that pets feel good, and that love isn’t something to fear. As he begins to blossom, his true personality starts to shine—soft, gentle, and quietly affectionate once he knows you’re safe.Nick takes a lot of comfort from other cats and truly thrives when he has a friendly, confident feline companion to show him the ropes. For that reason, he must go to a home with another calm, social kitty. He would do best in a quiet household without young children or large dogs.If you’re the kind of person who understands that the most rewarding bonds take time—and you have the patience and heart to help a shy soul continue to bloom—Nicholas just might be your perfect match. Story
He was born July 2025. We were given the cat from a woman who lived in the O’Fallon area and her cat had kittens so she was giving them away at a plaza near our home. However we already had another male cat that was older at home. So I thought it would be best to get a female kitten. We took the cat of choice and were told it was a female but we soon found out it was a male and it does not get along with our older male cat. So sadly we have rehome the younger cat
