We adopted Gilbert and Brie from the Animal Welfare Leage of Arlington (Virginia) in July 2023. They are brother and sister, though we are open to single adoptions. They are micro-chipped, spayed and neutered, fully vaccinated and very healthy. They are around 1 year old now. They are very sweet and well behaved, very good with children (our 5-year old plays with them constantly!) Unfortunately, our son and I it turns out are terribly allergic to cats (I had two cats many years ago without any problems). We have tried to soldier-on using anti-allergy medicine, but we can no longer cope, our health has really been suffering. It's not the cat's fault! The cats spend half their life indoors and half outdoors, though now that the weather is improving they prefer outside more. These are the sweetest, best natured cats you could ever hope to find!

Dolly is 6 months old according to the vet. Been tested for FIV and FLV and was negative. Treated successfully for ear mites and worms. She has been spayed. Our cat Smokey will not accept Dolly. She stopped eating and drinking and we rushed her to the vet, who said the stress of Dolly being introduced was too much for her, so we are looking for a loving home for Dolly. She was a stray when we took her in. She is extremely sweet and loving, even with people she just met. Loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with you! Purrs and chirps and looks at you with the sweetest baby face! We fell in love, but our Smokey can't accept her. Dolly uses the litter box with no problem and is a real doll baby!

Hey, I'm so special that I have two names. I have the shelter name of Semper but my lovely foster moms call me Jasper.  I was dropped off a couple of months ago at a public animal shelter with my 4 brothers and one sister because my human family couldn't take care of kittens. They had kids who held me and played with me and I missed them. At least I was still with my cat family and it wasn't long before some rescue angels scooped us up and we are in the best of care now. My humans say that I am a people person. That's another name for me -PP! Because I love to follow you around and watch you, sit on you or beside you while you are reading or binge watching Netflix. I will also closely monitor your cellphone usage and join in a game or send messages to your friends if you'll let me. I am a playful boy and I carry around my favorite toy which will come with me if you adopt me.  I will be fine as an only cat or I'm okay making friends with your cats. I would be over the moon if you adopted one of my siblings with me. My rescue angels have something called a BOGO - if you adopt one of my siblings, the second adoption fee is sponsored.
