Story
Name: Breed: Age: Gender: Weight: Good with cats or Small Animals: Good with dogs: Good with Young Children: Good with Older Children: Fenced Yard Required: Crate-Trained: House Trained: Don’t let her age  of 11 years  fool you, this cat acts like no senior cat you’ve seen before! She’s full of life and lots of love! Mira loves to play with a feather, chase a string, or try to catch the odd fly! She loves her scratching post and a good perch, so she can check everything out and decide where she wants to be…which usually ends up being your lap!! Yep, this little lady is a loving, purring, lap cat! So affectionate, and definitely filled with sass! She’ll chirp at you often, sweetly and innocently, and will let you know when she’s hungry- she has a great appetite! Mira would make a great companion to someone in a quiet house, likely as the only pet, as she startles easily.   She is spayed and very happily living an indoor life.    Come meet Mira and you’ll fall in love!     519-642-7732 https://www.animalert.ca/apply/cat-adoption   If you are interested in providing a forever home, please complete the online adoption application at this link, https://www.animalert.ca/apply/dog-adoption. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Name: Breed: Age: Gender: Weight: Good with cats or Small Animals: Good with dogs: Good with Young Children: Good with Older Children: Fenced Yard Required: Crate-Trained: House Trained: Reese is a lovely senior kitty (10 yrs old) looking for a new person to love.  Sadly in her current home there is a young child who has been experiencing allergy symptoms and when tested the cat is the problem.  Reese is an affectionate gal and is shy with new people.  She loves to sit close and be petted or get some tummy rubs.  She would thrive in a quieter home where she can relax and chill.  She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines.  Reese’s family is very sad with having to make this decision.  519-642-7732   https://www.animalert.ca/apply/cat-adoption If you are interested in providing a forever home, please complete the online adoption application at this link, https://www.animalert.ca/apply/dog-adoption. Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Name: Breed: Age: Gender: Weight: Good with cats or Small Animals: Good with dogs: Good with Young Children: Good with Older Children: Fenced Yard Required: Crate-Trained: House Trained:   Aussie is an extremely active 3 year old fellow.  He is neutered and has been vaccinated with one more set due mid September.  When he came into foster care he did have some wounds which have completely healed and he was a very good fellow to have the wounds cleaned and took his medicine very well.  He is very friendly and has never been aggressive towards anyone or any of the three female cats in his foster home.   The girls aren’t always nice but he never retaliates when they swat at him. He really wants the company of other cats, so a home with an existing cat or two would be perfect.  Aussie doesn’t like dogs to the point he will growl and gets anxious whenever he hears a dog barking outside. Aussie is vocal and loving. He wants to hang out with people and other cats all of the time. He is not interested in going outside. He has been excellent with his litterbox duties and enjoys eating both wet and dry food.  Aussie loves to sleep in a cushy cat bed or to snuggle in bed with people.  519-642-7732   If you are interested in providing a forever home, please complete the online adoption application at this link, https://www.animalert.ca/apply/dog-adoption.
