We post our available pets across the east coast and Canada and welcome applications from anywhere on the understanding that approved families must be prepared to travel to the rescue in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine to meet and take home their new best friend. She shared a large cat room with her kitty friends and they played, charged around, ate together and groomed each other and of course snuggled up together. Sadly all her friends have been adopted and she is here alone. Jazzy as well as being great with other cats, is good with dogs and puppies and when it is feesible comes out to hang out with them in the house, she is confident and doesn't mind them sniffing and trying to play with her and will stand her ground if they get a bit too pushy. Jazzy is also great in a cat carrier and does great travelling. For a while the rescue had a fundraising store in the Bangor Mall, where 4-5 days a week we would travel 45 minutes each way. A pen was set up for the kitties and people of all ages and sizes would come in and hang out in the kitty pen sharing their love and affection. She has no problems going in a cat carrier or travelling. She has used several kinds of clumping litter and also the more natural wheat litter and has  no problems. She is currently eating a selection of different brand and protein dry food so it will be easy for her to transition to whatever food her new family prefers. Jazzy is a sweet confident kitten, who loves to snuggle and play with her kitten friends, but is also very affectionate with people, immediately going up to them to climb on their knee, their head, their back or wherever she wants (lol) will giving out her loud purring.
