Story
This shy and steely guy is Sterling! Sterling is a 2 1/2 year old male domestic shorthair cat. Sterling loves snuggling up in his cozy bed and then waking up to chat with shelter staff and visitors! Sterling gets along with dogs and prefers lady cats. What can we say, he's a bit of a charmer! If you're looking for a quiet charmer, Sterling is your guy! All adoptions are by appointment only at this time. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet our available cats and adopt. Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Story
Starlight, starbright, meet our star Skye and adopt tonight! Skye is a 10 year old domestic shorthair diva. Skye likes people but is not a fan of other animals - she wants you all to herself! She enjoys rolling in catnip, being brushed, and living in the lap of luxury in her person's lap. Skye is also on a weight loss journey to help her maintain her current pre-diabetic status! She's down to 13lbs and her initial diabetes status has been managed with a can food only diet-- just regular canned food! She will need ongoing monitoring and to maintain her current diet. If you're interested in adopting this big, loving lady, call or e-mail the shelter today. All adoptions are by appointment only at this time.
