Walker: I’m an orange tabby, bobtail boy, and I’ve probably got a Manx cat for an ancestor somewhere. I’m the perfect weight for my big bones, topping the scale at 16 pounds. When I went in for my vaccines, the vet tech wanted to know if I was a cat or a mountain lion. I’m shy, but once we are friends, I want all the pets! Cat: What is your career aspiration?        Walker: I’ve always wanted to be a Texas Ranger. Can’t you just see me with a white cowboy hat on my head? Cat: What is your favorite quote? Walker: A true friend is a friend for life. Cat: Do you have any hobbies? Walker: I love taking naps, and then watching the birbs and skwerls from the screen porch at my foster home. They are so sassy, because they know I can’t get out! Cat: Would you consider yourself a lap cat? Walker: I’m a polite, gentleman cat who doesn’t require a lap. I love to be beside you, and if you stretch out on a recliner or a sofa, I love to lay across your legs. Cat: Any final words? Walker: Are you looking for a handsome, 2-year-old fella? That’s me. He came indoors in November from an outdoor feral litter. He is the most shy of his litter. Once he is picked up, he is fine with petting and being held, but is more apt to hide if startled. He loves to play with his roommates and will do best in a quiet house with other cats. He can be adopted with a littermate as well. Judah came to us by chance. She was lonely, extremely malnurished, and living outside of a extended-stay motel off of any scraps the patrons there would feed her. She was so tiny, we thought she was a kitten. We rescued her that day and began the long process of recovery. Despite clearly being a stray for all her life, she adapted to her new home quickly. She's litter box trained, microchipped, and gained so much weight she is now a very healthy 12 pounds at her last vet checkup! The Vet confirmed that Judah is FIV and Feline Leukemia negative, she is also spayed and completely declawed. Judah seeks a calm, quiet environment, is good with kids, and would tolerate dogs (and even cats) if they will ignore her. Because of her past, she is easily stressed out, and doesn't do well in a chaotic environment. She would be a perfect cat for a senior citizen -- someone who is home a lot, where she can sit on their lap by day and lay on their chest and lovingly nibble their nose at night.

Meet Taz! He is a 1 year old neutered male who is so sweet! This extremely handsome boy is friendly, social, and playful. He enjoys toys and attention. Taz is a gorgeous white kitty with gray markings. He has a handsome gray toupee on the top of his head that looks like it is parted down the middle. He has a lot of playful kitten in his personality.
