Pepe is a short-haired black and white male cat about 2 years old. He loves to snuggle up on your chest if you let him. He enjoys the company of other cats and especially loves to nap with them. He is good with kids and other cats but is scared by dogs. He loves to play with toys and other cats. He is a peaceful, calm cat. Pepe’s owner is trying to rehome him, because he has exhibited some inappropriate elimination in his current home with other pets. Since the owner has kept him separated from the other pets, he has used the litter box faithfully. He is current on her vaccinations and is otherwise healthy. Adopters will receive a copy of his vet records upon adoption. Ruby is a pretty short-haired deep brown, almost red looking female cat about 4 years old. She loves people and is definitely a lap cat. She’s chatty and enjoys following her humans around the house. She is a peaceful, calm cat. She is good with kids and other cats and is unphased by dogs. Ruby’s owner is trying to rehome her because she has exhibited some inappropriate elimination in her current home with other pets. Angel is a lovely short-haired black and white female cat about 2 years old. Unfortunately, her previous owner had to go into assisted living and could not take Angel with her. Angel was rescued about a year ago by her previous owner. Her eyes were swollen shut due to an upper respiratory infection. The bad news is that she is totally BLIND. The good news is that her eyes will not require any additional treatment, and she is otherwise super healthy. Although she lived with a chihuahua in her previous home, she is terrified of the dogs in her foster home. Angel loves to be with people. She will follow you around and wants to be next to you or in your lap. Playing is one of her favorite things, and she wants people to play with her. She is very calm and laid back. She’s a very good eater and is not picky. She has great manners and excellent litter box habits. She's negative for feline leukemia and aids, been vaccinated for distemper and rabies, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed. Miss Snickers is a 1yr old stunning tortie. She is new to rescue and is actively looking for her forever home. Recently, her family moved and left her behind. She was lucky to find a lady nearby that fed her and took her in until a foster home was found. Miss Snickers has been in her foster home for 3 weeks now, and her personality is really starting to shine. Her foster Mom describes her as a cuddle companion, lap kitty and full of love. She does require her own pillow to nap on and will sleep beside you on her pillow at night. Snickers would do well in a home as an only pet or with a nice respectful dog or cat. Snickers is negative for feline leukemia, current on her distemper and rabies vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed. NOTE: Snickers is FIV pos. FIV is NOT transferred by casual contact (sharing litter boxes, food dishes or mutual grooming. A generous donor has paid Snicker's adoption fee, so she is a sponsored cat. Story

Scout is a pretty short-haired calico female about 7 years old (DOB 2/14/2018). Unfortunately, her owner passed away, and her vet has kindly taken her in and is trying to rehome her. She was a stray that wandered up to her previous owner's home about 5-6 years ago. Eventually Scout let her catch her and make her an inside cat where she was very loved and very well taken care for the last 2 years. She will need a little adjustment time in her new home. Because she was picked on by other pets, her previous owner kept her isolated form the other pets in the household. She is very affectionate and loves to be rubbed and petted (see attached video). She is used to and would do best in a quiet home as an only pet. She is small weighing 7 lbs. She has great manners and excellent litter box habits. Story

Gracie is a cute short-haired silver tabby female kitten about 6 months old. (DOB about 11/1/24). She showed up in a former adopter’s neighborhood in early Apr 2024. They posted on Facebook and NextDoor but no one claimed her. She was incredibly friendly to not only the family that contacted us but to all of their neighbors as well. She seemed desperate to come inside. She definitely has been socialized and is VERY affectionate and sweet. She loves to be petted and even belly rubbed. Lap time is good too. She LOVES everyone as soon as she meets them. She is VERY playful and active. She loves to play with toys or other cats and is never bored. She gets along well with other cats, and we think she'd be great with dogs and kids. She's negative for feline leukemia and aids, had her first distemper and the rabies vaccines, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed.
