Story
We found this sweet tortoiseshell kitten on a walk a week or so ago. She is incredibly friendly, gets along great with other cats and we cannot keep her as we already have 2 and are preparing to starting our family pretty quickly. We've been calling her Pinto Bean. She is so loving and enjoys chatting with us. We want her to go to a sweet home. She's a pretty easy pet so far, but if you have kids, I would recommend learning how to introduce her slowly and teach your children to respect her needing her own space and boundaries.

Story
Mose is a cute 2 year old cat that we adopted from a rescue that is no longer doing adoption/ rehoming services. He is an active, loving cat that sometimes takes a little time to warm up to strangers. He will eventually join the room and inch closer with curiosity. He is easily won over with treats or playing with a feather toy. When he is comfortable with you he loves laying next to you and having his belly rubbed. He does get skiddish around kids, but is nice to them. He just quickly leaves the room if they are loud or have quick movements like kids do. He might thrive better in a home that doesn’t have young children. We have a female cat that is older than him and recently he has been chasing and cornering her and she hisses and makes noises at him and really seems bugged by him. He’s not aggressive at all, but is causing stress to the other cat.

Story
I adopted Oliver from his previous owners in 2021. At the time they told me he was about 2 years old. So he should be about 5 years old now. I love Oliver and I think I’ve developed a special bond with him but I’ve recently had to move into an unfinished basement and I want to rehome Oliver so that he can have a better quality of life with someone who can provide a more comfortable home for him. Oliver may seem a little feisty at first, but once he trusts you he’s the cuddliest cat ever. I don’t know if he had some trauma from his previous owners, but he doesn’t do well with dogs or kids.

Story
Meet Popeye the Sailor! Popeye is a big boy full of love! Popeye is here to steal your heart with his adorable orange tabby charm! This handsome fella is on the lookout for his forever family, and he comes with a winning personality. This guy is a true lap cat – he adores curling up on your lap, purring away! Popeye is also a big foodie! He may not gulp down cans of spinach like his namesake, but yummy canned cat food and crunchy treats are his favorite! He does great with other kitties as well so if you already have kitties in your home he could be a great addition! However, he also doesn't mind being a center of attention as a solo kitty. Popeye is looking for a loving home where he can be the center of attention. While he enjoys quiet moments on your lap, he's also playful and will appreciate some interactive toys and gentle playtime. Whether you're a single person looking for a loyal companion or a family searching for a loving pet, Popeye is adaptable and ready to bring happiness into your life. Apply to adopt Popeye here! https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65b94255c25bf04386038124 Questions? Email EmilyC@threelittlepittiesrescue.org Popeye's adoption fee is $375 plus a $40 fuel surcharge. Popeye can be adopted out to WA, OR, UT, ID & BC, Canada (Canadian adopter must pick up in Bellingham, WA) and the Northeast Coast! Pick up day is unforgettable! We hope you’ll take a chance and apply to adopt. This kitty needs you! Three Little Pitties Rescue has been in operation for almost 4 years. We have transported and adopted out over 8,000 animals and have thousands of former adopters who keep in touch in our private Facebook group as a testament of high standards for animal vetting preparation and adoption placement. All animals are seen multiple times by a licensed veterinarian and are fully vetted prior to adoption according to our extensive medical standards. Lucille will receive a health certificate (stating that a licensed veterinarian saw the pet and deemed it healthy for travel). Lucille is up to date on vaccines according to age, has received proper deworming and flea prevention, is microchipped, combo tested, neutered, and comes with one month free trial of pet insurance if registered by adopter with the insurance company. We care deeply about placing our pets with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. Send an inquiry about this kitty to EmilyC@ThreeLittlePittiesRescue.org or complete an application and one of our trained adoption coordinators will be in touch within a few business days! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org Follow us on Facebook: @ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties Instagram @ThreeLittlePittiesRescue

Story
Meet Jack! Jack is a distinguished tuxedo with his adorable mustache! He is a super sweet and confident boy who adores everyone he meets. He is one of the most outgoing boys around and thinks everyone he meets is his new best friend! He loves pets all over and will push his entire head into you for scratches. He is a pretty calm and lazy boy but still enjoys a good game of chase with his feather toys. He is the perfect balance of calm and playful. Jack is very easy and doesn’t mind being held or picked up! He even let us bathe him with no complaints! He is such a good boy and is ready for someone to love him forever! Jack currently resides at our clinic due to ongoing hair loss (non-contagious). We hope to have Jack back to a full beautiful coat in no time! At the clinic, he lives with another large male cat, whom he plays and tussles with perfectly. He also isn't phased by any of the animals that come in and out of the clinic - he would do great in a home with larger male cats or cat-savvy pups! Don’t miss out on this handsome boy! Pick-up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick-up location to you! The adoption fee is $325 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2 but could be more depending on age and time in the program), FeLV vaccines, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $40 surcharge for transport.
