Betty is a 2 year old indoor, loving, shy, and curious cat. She loves a cardboard box or any "fort" space to call her own. Once she has warmed up she likes to cuddle up on your lap and take a nap. She loves to sit by a window and people/animal watch. She also loves treats which is why she requires a prescribed food for weight management. We found out we are expecting twins and while we are super excited we can no longer provide the space and attention she deserves. As heartbroken as we are we would love to find her a loving, patient, and happy home to make this transition easier. Also, a home that will continue her diet food for her weight management needs.

Hi! My name is Bella! I am a loving girl. I am an older lady who would love a cozy home to lay low. I would want any potential family to know that I have Hyperthyroidism. This is a condition in which the thyroid gland over-produces thyroid hormone, causing a constant state of metabolic hyperactivity. Hyperthyroidism means that I must be treated with a daily medication for the rest of my life. However, I am still happy and thriving! I am also missing some of my teeth so I may need to eat a mostly wet food diet, but I am currently eating both wet and dry reliably. I would preferably thrive in a home where I am the only child, but I may do well with another cat if we are introduced slowly and properly. I would love to meet with you!
