Story
Meet Inky! Inky is a curious little 6 month old kitten bursting with energy, love, and endless charm. Always on the move, he is playful, adventurous, and loves exploring every nook and cranny. But don’t let his zoomies fool you—Inky is also a total snuggle bug who melts into your arms with the softest purrs. Whether he is chasing toys or curling up for a nap, Inky brings joy wherever he goes. Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/ Cat Inky was rescued from a life on the streets of Houston along with his mom Freckles. Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Inky has not met a dog before, but with slow and careful introductions to a well-behaved dog we think he would do great with a new pup sibling! --- Information on why adopting two kittens is better for their short- and long-term health can be found here: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens Inky is microchipped, spayed, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He is in excellent health! The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Inky is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes.

Story
Meet Bock -- A Little Survivor With a Big Heart Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/ Bock is everything you'd hope for in a kitten: playful, curious, and full of energy. He loves batting at toys, wrestling with other cats, and investigating every nook and cranny. He is a shy boy but super sweet and warms up quickly and would do best in a quiet home. This adorable tuxedo has already overcome a rough start to life! He and his siblings-along with their brave mama-were left in a box outside an apartment complex. Thankfully, now this sweet little guy is safe, thriving, and looking for his forever home. It could be you!! Bock is ~6 months old, neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy. All he needs now is a forever home! He has never met a dog, but with slow introductions to a calm, cat-savvy pup, we think he could learn to love a new dog friend. ---- The adoption application can be found here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat Bock is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes. ——— ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES: When you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you're doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee pays for a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts! Story
Hi, I`m Smokey!I am a very sweet guy looking for a family to call mine! I came to WCHS after my owners could no longer care for me. I don`t get along well with other cats, so must be the only cat in the home. Dogs would be new to me, so a slow introduction would be best. I can live with young kids, although I do have a lot of energy! If I sound like the right fit for your home, come meet me today!

Story
Hello! My name is Timber. I’m just a sweet little kitten on the prowl for a home to grow old in. I’m everything a kitten should be- cuddly, playful and spunky! I’m still very impressionable, so I would do fine in any household. Even one with dogs, other cats or kids. Just give me a little time to settle in and it’ll be like I was always there. Stop by soon before you miss your chance to take me home!

Story
Hi, I`m Aspen!I am a sweet young guy who can be a little shy at first. I came to WCHS on transport from New York. I seem to really enjoy the company of other cats, and would do best in a home with others. Dogs would be new to me so a slow introductions would be best. I could live with respectful children, that know I am not a huge fan of being picked up.
