Apartment 4D presents… the search for Winnie’s Forever Home! (Narrated in peak New Girl energy — imagine Jess with a ukulele.) Heyyyyy, future cat parents! Do you enjoy snuggles? Tiny chirpy meows? The kind of gentle chaos that only a trio of purring fuzzballs can bring? Then allow me to introduce you to Winnie, our charming, soft-spirited 3-month-old kitten with a long tail dipped in white paint and the cutest little tabby spots. Winnie is the sweetheart of the loft. She’s gentle, she’s curious, she’s got “quietly judging Schmidt” vibes and “falling asleep mid-sentence like Jess” vibes. Her hobbies include: playing with her siblings, curling up for naps like it’s her full-time job, and cuddling with humans she trusts. Once she decides you’re one of her people, prepare for maximum heart-melting. All three siblings, Jess, Schmidt, and Winnie, are certified purr machines. Like, you pick them up and it’s instant sound-bath therapy. Looking for the perfect duo? Winnie and Schmidt are basically the feline version of iconic loft-mates: adorable, silly, inseparable. Adopt them together and you’ve got yourself a purr-powered sister/brother dream team. If you want to meet Winnie, complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
Meet Jess, an undisputably adorable 3-month-old kitten. Jess is the princess of her family. Not in a “demand-my-grapes-peeled” way, but in a “I’m tiny, charming, and everyone here is obviously obsessed with me” kind of way. She’s an adorable, teeny-tiny tabby girl with big curious eyes that say, “Who are you and what snacks did you bring?” Unlike her bold, slightly rambunctious siblings — yes, we’re looking at you, Winnie and Schmidt— Jess prefers to take things at her own pace. She’s the kitten equivalent of sitting on the loft’s highest shelf, watching her roommates attempt emotional growth. Reserved? A bit. Observant? Definitely. But the moment nap time rolls around? She melts into a warm lap, purring like it’s her job. Jess loves meeting new people, collecting admirers one gentle head-bump at a time. And in true New Girl fashion, her heart is huge. She’ll need a feline roommate in her forever home to help her run their kingdom, share secrets with, and, of course, co-star in important afternoon nap adventures. Adorkably sweet. Softly regal. Completely lovable. That’s Jess. If you're interested in meeting her, complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
Riley is the sweetest 2 1/2 year old tabby cat. She has been with us for a while as she was surrendered to us very pregnant but has since weaned her kittens and is now spayed and ready for her new home. She loves sitting on laps, getting treats and playing with toys. She should fit into pretty much any home. We do not know if she has had dog experience but she should adjust quickly. Please call 802-892-5300 for more information or fill out the online application at www.riversideanimalrescue.org
