Aria, Bastian and Bailey are 10-week-old (est DOB 10/29/25) , beautiful shep mixes pups that were born in a drainage pipe. Thanks to some good Samaritans, these babies were able to safely be retrieved. Unfortunately, a wrecker yard owner nearby claimed mom and refused to let us help her too, but they did agree to let us take the puppies. The laws of Texas are definitely unfair. The mom appeared to be a sheepdog mix; dad is the milkman. We believe they will stay under 60 lbs once full grown as their paws are not super big. We do not know if there were more puppies or what happened to them. The 3 pups that the good Samaritans were able to find, have been to the vet and are quite healthy! Aria -Female – Brindle/Black – 8.6 lbs as of 1/6/26 Bailey – Female – Brown/Black – 9.8 lbs as of 1/6/26 Bastian – Male – Black/Brindle – 13.4 lbs as of 1/6/26 These pups are fun, full of life and looking for their future adventure partners. They absolutely love their toys! They would love a whole toy basket of their own. LOVE other dogs and very sociable. They have the best personalities and are all around love bugs. They would make ideal dogs to go to dog parks, doggy daycare and just be around all sorts of dogs with no issues! Once they’re done playing, they love to cuddle. Working on house training and will master it with time. They are VERY smart dogs, be careful! They’ll outwit the best. These furbabies are quite active and would do best in a more active home. They would be WONDERFUL with children. These 3 pups will be: current on Bordatella, have at least 2 sets of parvo/distemper vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, dewormed, microchipped, negative fecal, have a clean bill of health from the veterinarian prior to adoption and includes transport cost from Texas to the East Coast. Dutch Shepherd mixes, siblings Latte and Mocha are 5 months old and weigh about 25-30 pounds. They'll grow to between 50 and 60 pounds. These two are delightful to have around. They're true love bugs who play joyfully, loving toys whenever one comes their way. They're extremely affectionate. Great pups! His current foster family loves him, but they are gone too long each day at work, and Ridgley seems to be struggling with some separation anxiety. He would do best with a foster or potential adopter who is home more of the day to give him to love and attention his little heart deserves. His foster family writes: He was estimated at the shelter to be about 3 years old and a Dutch Shepherd Mix, based on his beautiful brindle coloring, but his foster family thinks he’s a Plott Hound mix and possibly a bit younger. He still needs to be neutered and will be covered by the rescue! ⭐ Facts about handsome ridgely: ⭐ -Is a Velcro dog and wants to follow you around the house and stay close. -Is sweet and affectionate and loves to be snuggled and allows you to touch him anywhere. - loves children -Is active and needs regular walks and playtime outside. -Loves to ride in the car and will go to the car door when you announce it’s time. -Knows sit, stay, wait (instead of heal), and has just learned to shake. His is eager to learn and to please. -Is housebroken and accident free. -Does not guard his food at all. -Is friendly with other dogs and does not bark at them, even when provoked. But he does go toward them out of curiousity and wants to play. -Has a strong prey drive. He wants to chase birds, rabbits, squirrels, you name it, so he would probably do best with no small pets. -Walks well on a leash. Pulls in new places, but he’s getting better all the time.
