Story
Skepta was adopted from Dallas animal service. Back when we used to live at my mom‘s house everything was so easy but now I moved out and I have my own apartment and I realized that my schedule is very busy and I don’t have any time for him. He’s a very active dog. He loves having his own backyard and playing fetch. My parents are unable to take care of him.

Story
Cosmo is such a love bug and loves to be snuggled and plays really well with people, however, he has got a hyper fixation for removing collars and harnesses from my 7 year old smaller dog and is too large to play with her and we can’t get him to stop pulling off her harnesses or collars with her AirTags. She is a flight risk so this is not something we can do without and she’s too small to get him to actually leave her alone. I think he needs a home with dogs not so much smaller than he is to play with. He is a beautiful and sweet puppy, he does love to chew things he should not, but with time patience and training, he would make a wonderful pet. I have dog doors to allow free roaming inside and outside and does not use the bathroom in the house. He is good on a leash and not food aggressive.

She moves through the world with a soft curiosity, taking time to observe, learn, and connect. There’s a calmness in her nature, balanced by moments of joyful play and affectionate nuzzles. Carlotta is wonderful with kids. She would be fine as the only pet in the home. She would also be fine in a home with other dogs and even cats.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Story
Meet Shane!Shane is a sweet 7 weeks old female Dutch Shepherd mix puppy. At just 7 weeks, Shane is already a master of relaxation. This mellow little puppy is all about not getting into things other puppies do and keeps to herself. With soulful eyes and a heart full of love, Shane brings calm energy wherever she goes. Being so young, Shane still needs to learn all her puppy skills such as potty training, crate training and waling on a leash. She does love people and gets along great with kids. Even though she has spent her first 7 weeks with her litter mates, she would be fine as the only pup in the home. If you`re looking for a sweet, relaxed, calm puppy Shane is your girl.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. Story
Meet Millie!- 6 months- Black GSD Millie is available in our Puppy Adoption program due to her young age. We saved her from euthanasia at a overcapacity shelter where she was completely shut down sharing an outside kennel with 7 dogs. She was afraid of everything at first but with lots of love and attention in her foster home she has really blossomed. She loves to play with other dogs, is on the submissive side in play, and enjoys cuddling with you every chance she gets! Watch out for her gentle paw if you stop belly rubs she will let you know to keep going! :) Suprisingly as a puppy she tends to go to bed early on her own and sometimes will put herself in her kennel and go to sleep. She does well in her kennel and does give you good indications when she needs to go to the bathroom. She is still learning how a leash works and how much fun walks can be, and with time we know she will gain her confidence with all the new smells and sounds she encounters on her adventures! Millie is such a bright and cheery girl that is so excited to find her forever family and furry companion(s) to call home! Approval Requirements for GSRTX puppies: -Not left alone for long periods of time -Another large breed playful dog for socialization -Preferably a yard to play so no apartments please Interested in adding Millie to your family? Start the process by filling out an application at www.gsrtx.org/adoption-application for approval.
