Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi there, I’m Indu — and I’m hoping you’ll see the moonlight in me.  I’m a 5-year-old Dutch Shepherd mix, about 65 pounds of quiet love and gentle soul. My name means “moon” in Hindi, and just like the moon, I’ve been learning to shine a little more each day. When I first came to my foster home, I was so shy that I’d stay in the other room or outside, watching the world from a safe distance. But with time, patience, and kindness, I’ve started to believe that people can be safe and love can be real. Now, I sleep on the bed, wag my tail when my humans come home, and even ask for pets (they feel amazing, by the way). I’m still learning to be brave — loud noises and sudden movements can startle me, so I’d do best in a calm home with kids 12 and up. But I promise, I’m trying every day to grow into the confident dog I know I can be. I would probably do best as an only pet, as other pets kind of stress me out. I do live with other dogs in my foster home, but can sometimes be overbearing to them. So if you have another dog I would need you to be understanding that I take some time to warm up.    I’m house-trained (never had an accident!), I know my name, and I come when called. I’m not a barker, and I can be trusted to roam the house while you’re away. Walks are one of my favorite things — I’m still working on not pulling, but it’s just because I get so excited to explore the world with you. If you have a little patience and a lot of love, I’ll give you my whole heart. I’m not perfect, but I’m trying so hard — and I hope you’ll see the beauty in that. Story
Meet Oso! Oso is a handsome 2-year-old German Shepherd with a heart as soft as his name suggests—Oso means “bear,” and he’s truly a gentle teddy bear at heart. He may be a little shy at first, but with patience and love, he’s just waiting to blossom into the amazing companion he’s meant to be. This smart boy is fully potty trained with no accidents and has no bad habits—just a certified good boy through and through. Oso knows sit, come, stay, heel, and shake, and he’s eager to keep learning. He loves playtime and enjoys fetch, especially with balls, plush toys, and tug toys. Oso has so much love to give and would make a loyal, wonderful addition to a home ready to help him build confidence and shine. Truly, he’s a great boy in every sense of the word.

Story
Hello, my name is Phera. I’m a really sweet love bug. I am potty trained and extremely intelligent. I don’t mind cats or other dogs. I’m very apprehensive to new surroundings and it takes me a while to warm up but I enjoy opening up over a couple of days. I really enjoy sleeping in your lap and cuddles. I’m extremely protective and I’m always aware of my surroundings. I’m pretty quiet and I don’t bark much. Cats don’t interest me as I ignore them generally. I’m not a fan of loud noises as I sometimes get startled. I’m pretty quiet at night and I sleep well through the night. When I go on walks, I’m watching everyone around me constantly. Sometimes I’m startled if you sneak up on me and I don’t know you’re there. I really enjoy being by you and I don’t have separation anxiety.
