Gomez 1 year, neutered male, 10 lb Chihuahua mix LIKES: Blankets, spooning, TOUCHING HIS PERSON AT ALL TIMES, food, driving around in the car as the copilot. DISLIKES: Being alone, finding himself in strange places, rain & cold. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Gomez is the ultimate Velcro baby. He loves to be carried around and to snuggle super close in bed. His foster mom even puts him in a Moby to do chores. Gomez gives the sweetest little kisses and he's so soft to pet. He'll gladly roll over for belly rubs or snuggle into your neck once he knows you! POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Potty trained. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Crate trained, although he will fuss if he's in there while you're sitting nearby. EXTRAS/MISC.:  Gomez is prone to a bit of panic when he's in a new house, and for that reason we will require his new home to be secure. This means solid fences, no escape routes, and crating when he's alone. He quickly gets over this as he attaches to his new family, but we just need to make sure he's safe until he gets there. We'd also like his new home to be within the main Eugene/Springfield metro area so that his foster can get there quickly if anything happens. Esha'ntarl3 year, spayed female, 16 lbChihuahua mix Esha'ntarl is the mom of the Final Fantasy litter. She loves toys, playing with other dogs, and curling up on her bed. She did an excellent job raising her babies and is now ready for a home of her own! She has learned to walk on a leash and does well on neighborhood walks. She is crate trained, and gets along with the resident dogs and cats. She does great when she is let outside to potty on a regular schedule. She can be a bit sneaky with the trash however, so baby locks or keeping it away is recommended. (Being a trash hound is a pretty common trait for a dog who had to survive on their own.) She is looking for a home that has a yard with solid fences, as she can get out of short or chain link fencing. She needs a family with the patience to let her come out of her shell and show her true self. Another dog in the home is certainly a bonus! To further inquire about ESHA'NTARL, submit an application. Courage 2 years, neutered male, 9 lbs Chihuahua mix Sweet little Courage (AKA Curry) boy This gorgeous long-legged Chihuahua-mix oozes cuteness. He prances and moves his legs like a proud horse. Curry is a phenomenal cuddler and loves burrowing underneath blankets on the couch and lounging in dog beds. At bedtime he snuggles under the covers, touching his person all through the night. He’s a very smart boy and learns commands easily. He took to the dog door right away and mastered “sit” rather quickly. He learned to kiss and now loves giving so many kisses! Curry now understands that bathroom business happens outside. He also learned to walk on a leash so well, and is a wonderful boy on walks. He’s excited to have his harness put on because he knows it means fun times ahead. He loves going to the dog park, too. Because Curry has a good amount of energy he needs a fenced yard at home, and someone who is active to get him his needed exercise. At first, he was a little scared of big dogs and sometimes on walks needs to be reminded not to be scared. Positive reinforcement and a sweet loving tone of voice works very well for him. He does very well with his two small canine foster brothers and would happily live with another dog. He would also probably be fine on his own, as long as he has plenty of love and isn’t left by himself for too long. If you’re looking for a ridiculously adorable, active, and very loving little boy, consider Curry!
