Meet Billy Jean!! This pint-sized pupper came to Orphan Annie’s at 3 days old from a partner rescue. Born in care, Billy Jean was the runt of the litter, weighing half the size of her littermates. At 135 grams (4.5 ounces), she just couldn’t keep up at the milk bar, and needed some extra support. We attempted to reunite her with her siblings at about 3.5 weeks old, but she was not about that life; and a hunger strike had her right back in the incubator at Orphan Annie’s. This feisty love-nugget has been hand-raised and bottle fed. She has known only the love, tenderness, and meticulous care provided by our wonderful bottle baby fosters. She loves laps for naps, faces for kisses, and friends to play with. If you think Billy Jean would make an excellent addition to your family, please fill out the app attached. Billy Jean has had her first round of vaccines, is microchipped, dewormed, current on heartworm and flea and tick prevention. Meet Tiny Tim! This gentle, sweet little guy is looking for a quiet home where he can feel safe, relax, and blossom at his own pace. His foster family shares these helpful insights about him: What Tiny Tim loves: fluffy blankets, soft toys, napping on the couch, and sleeping in bed at night. Feline Friends: Tim is wonderfully gentle with cats (even those bigger than him!) and gets along great with his foster’s felines and other dogs he meets on walks. His Preferred Vibe: Tim is a low-energy, sensitive soul who thrives in a peaceful environment. Loud noises can startle him, and he isn't looking for long hikes—a few short 10-minute bathroom breaks a day suit his age and size perfectly. Building Trust: Tim takes a little time to warm up to new people before he is comfortable being handled, but it only took a couple of days to settle in with his foster. He appears to be crate trained when left alone and stays accident-free while his humans are home.
