This adorable little chiweenie pup is one of three babies born to a 10 pound chiweenie rescued from along the border. Mom was found with her 3 puppies who were just hours old. We transferred mom and puppies to central Texas where they have been loved and cared for. They are now 8 weeks old and ready for their forever homes. They are all microchipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. The adoption fee includes and appointment for their spay/neuter once they are 4 months old. This cost is covered by our rescue. We do not want to spay/neuter these babies when they are so young and small

Raul does well with other dogs while out on walks, but his ideal home would not have resident dogs. He has a strong chase instinct with cats, so a cat-free household would be best for him. In his current foster home, Raul shares his space with two female cats, but they do not interact closely due to his tendency to lunge and bark. When it comes to being alone, Raul is quite content in a gated area or free-roaming for short periods. He's house-trained and hasn't shown any issues in that regard. What he needs most right now is a calm, quiet foster home where he can rest, relax, and continue his medications until he’s ready to begin his heartworm injections next month. Because of his condition, Cairo is not looking for an active lifestyle. Instead, he’d be perfect for someone who enjoys peaceful companionship—short potty breaks, cozy naps, gentle affection, and lots of love. His fluffy appearance and sweet demeanor make him an easy houseguest, and he’s happiest when he feels safe and settled. Happy-go-lucky Luke! Sweet little Luke and his brother Duke came from an “accidental” litter. Their mom is a chihuahua, and there dad is, well, anyone’s guess :) Luke’s tail has not stopped wagging since he got to his foster home. He is curious, sweet, and playful. His short little legs give him a wiggly, lowrider strut that’s pure joy to watch. He enjoys playing with other dogs but has not been around cats. He’s done well with people of all ages that he’s met so far, but we are recommending children over 10 since small children can overwhelm small puppies (and vice versa). This cutie pie is Pumpkin and he is about 4 months old! He is full of personality and definitely the ringleader of this crew. He is outgoing, brave, and silly just to name a few traits! Pumpkin was the first puppy to learn how to climb pet stairs in order to get in the couch. After playtime which includes zoomies chasing his siblings Pumpkin is ready to cuddle and snooze! Pumpkin's foster has been working on safely socializing them since they aren't yet fully vaccinated. So the pups love going our for car ride, shopping in their pet stroller, or being carried in their stylish travel bag! Doing this has helped expose them safely to new people and new environments! They have one round of vaccines left and pretty soon he can go for walks outside like a big boy!
