Hi, I'm Ranger! I'm a one-year-old cutie, and 50lbs of love and cuddles!! I love playing with other dogs, and I'm very loyal to my humans! It would be super fun if I had another dog my size to romp, wrestle, and play with!! That's my favorite thing to do! I also love to play ball! If your family has kids it would be easier for me if they were older and understood dogs as I'm a bit nervous around little kids. I can be a bit slow to warm up, but it doesn't take me long to gain trust! I will for sure be your loyal companion once the trust is there! I'm a rock star in my kennel, both at night and during the day when my fosters are gone. I love walks and do really good on my leash! Come and meet me so you can see just how cool I really am!!!--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. Location: Jackson, MN Hi everyone! I’m Rocky and I’m a labrador mix puppy. I’m super gentle and sweet. But my foster mom says I’m also a little derpy. I’m crate trained and sleep through the night. I don’t bark much and I prefer to sit and watch the outside world through the glass patio door. You could say I’m an avid nature lover. I’m working on basic commands and I’ll pretty much do whatever you say for one of my favorite dog treats. I’m also getting the hang of this leash walking thing— and now I’m starting to get excited when my foster Dad wants to go for a jog with me. I’m still working on a consistent schedule with feeding and potty training because I’m the “goodest boy.” I'm good with people and other dogs. But I'm still a bit of a shy boy for introductions. Location: Sioux Falls, SD Meet Martin. He is the perfect gentleman. He has soulful eyes, a velvety red coat and an adorable white tip on his feather-like tail. Martins Highlights: *NICKNAME: “Mardy” *BREED: certified 100% good boy! *ENERGY LEVEL: Moderate! A fenced yard to handle my zoomies would be great. I like to play fetch (a.k.a. keep away!), tug on the rope, and spend time doing whatever you are doing. I have fantastic leash skills and walking is a favorite. *KIDS: I need children 5+. Toddlers make me uncomfortable, but I do well around my foster's son who is 4-years-old. I would be suited for kids that understand boundaries and can give good belly rubs! *DOG FRIENDS: I prefer smaller dog pals. With proper introduction, I have done well with larger dogs if they are calm and respectful. I haven’t shown much interest in the cats, but that could change. Supervision is probably best. *TRAINING: I am potty trained, a little vocal about my needs, not destructive, and know basic commands. I am treat motivated, so teaching me new things will be easy! I also have great recall! *WARNING: Meeting me will cause immediate attachment and adoration! I am fun, loyal and looking to complete your family.
