Story
Location: Ivanhoe, MN Hello everyone, meet CLYDE! This handsome guy is the perfect gentleman! He is potty trained and kennel trained. He has only spent time in a large 10 x 10 kennel, so I don’t know he would be in a smaller kennel. He loves his toys and can usually be found chewing his benebone. He seems to like all the dogs he meets, however, he doesn’t like to share his toys. Although he loves his doggie friends, he really likes to spend time with his people. Running and retrieving the ball in a fenced yard is ideal. He does get the zoomies! He walks great on a leash and can hardly contain himself when he knows it’s time to go! He does get very excited if he sees others on his walk, so we are working on manners. He has seen cats and is a bit apprehensive at first, but then is curious about what they do. He gets along with the resident cat. In his previous home he had trouble with younger kids, so respectful kids 12 and up is best for him. He has had some training. He knows sit, down, off, stay (although that one is tough to do at times!). He will gladly trade kisses for butt scratches any chance he gets. Clyde is an all around great guy! If you want an exercise buddy and couch cuddler he is your man. Please meet this guy, you will not be disappointed. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Location: Buffalo, MN This is Adam! He is the sweetest, love bug. He's good with other dogs of all kinds and sizes. He has four big dog foster siblings, ranging from grouchy to over-playful, so he is being socialized and handles them perfectly! Plus, he is with four other puppies being fostered. He is a smart, loving, curious boy who loves following and knowing what his foster mom is doing and does his best to help as much as he can. He is doing ok with potty training. He can get a little shy at first but warms up and wants all the love fast. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Champlin, MN Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a very sweet, gentle, and happy go lucky girl. I love to be with my people and snuggle up on the couch. I may be good at naps, but I also enjoy running and doing zoomies in the yard. I’m very intelligent and I’m picking up basic commands (because that means I get a treat.) I’m also learning how to walk on a leash with my harness and I'm getting used to my potty regimen. I go by the patio door when I need to go outside--and I haven't had any accidents yet (paws crossed.) My hidden talent is sleeping through the night. I’m not very vocal, but sometimes when I get nervous or I want your attention, I’ll whine. I’m a little shy but with reassurance I come out of my shell. I’m a very polite girl. I’ve also been on a few car ride adventures so far with a little hooman sitting next to me and I did great! My foster Mom likes that I’m not a very mouthy puppy, and that I've been good about not chewing the furniture. So, she gives me a stuffed Kong ball and puzzle toy instead to help with mental stimulation. I like those a lot. I think I’ll make a great addition to your home, especially if you have other dogs and/ or children. I just love to be loved. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Location: Sioux Falls, SD Meet Fezzik 💙 — a gentle soul who’s ready to find his forever home! Fezzik is house trained and kennel trained, making him a great companion for everyday life. He’s food motivated, which helps him learn new skills, and he’s currently learning to use stairs like a champ. He also really enjoys picking up shoes. He doesn’t chew them, but he just enjoys spending time with them! Fezzik enjoys playing with toys and chewing on his favorite chew items, but he’s also perfectly happy spending a large part of the day taking cozy naps. He can be shy at first, but with a little patience and reassurance, his sweet and loving personality begins to shine. He gets along great with other dogs and cats. Fezzik would do best in a calm, supportive home that allows him time to build confidence. Story
Location: Brooklyn Center, MN Cardinal is a sweet, soulful boy with a heart that’s especially soft for kids. He came from a tough situation and since coming into foster, he’s been blossoming beautifully in a loving home. When Cardinal first arrived, he was understandably nervous — even needed to be carried inside. But the moment he saw a 4½-year-old child, everything changed. His tail started wagging, he trotted right over, and he happily showered her with kisses. From that moment on, it was clear: kids are his favorite people. He adores children and loves being near them, often content just watching them play. Cardinal does well with other dogs when introduced slowly and thoughtfully, and he’s been completely uninterested in cats. He’s more comfortable with women right now but does warm up to men once he feels safe. He’s potty trained, medium-to-low energy, and currently not a fan of the kennel. Because of his past, he doesn’t quite know how to play yet, but he’s gentle, observant, and eager to be close to his people. With patience, love, and continued positive experiences, Cardinal will only continue to gain confidence. If you’re looking for a loyal, tender-hearted companion who will adore your kids and quietly soak up family life, Cardinal might just be your perfect match. ❤️ --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
