Meet Loretta: Loretta is about a 3 year old (as of July 2026) lab mix that weighs about 35 pounds. Loretta was found with her sister, Patsy, near a dump site on a country road in the south. A nice man found them and brought them to us and we were able to get them into the rescue. Loretta is currently being fostered in the Lancaster, PA area and would love to meet her forever family. Loretta is as sweet as can be! This cutie is a petite gal that is very loving and friendly. Loretta's charm shines when you meet her. She is a total love bug and loves giving kisses!  Loretta is very shy when first meeting her and will need a family that will be very patient with her in taking her outside and letting her know she will not be forgotten or abandoned again.  It will only take a few weeks for her to adjust with her new family. Loretta loves to play with other dogs and is very submissive. Loretta is medium energy and will romp and run around but then settles to chill inside. We think Loretta's ideal home would have a companion dog to play with and a fenced in yard. Loretta loves children and is very gentle. She was a little wary of the cat she met, but didn't bother with it and was seemingly indifferent to the cat. Loretta loves water - she would happily accompany you on a trip to a lake or hike along a creek! Loretta is working on her house training and has done great with routine breaks outside. She is crate-trained. Loretta needs a little help with leash training, as she pulls when she is walking. Loretta is up to date on her shots and spayed. Meet Paul: Paul is about a 6 month old (as of October 2026) lab mix (best guess) that weighs 30 pounds. This musical litter of rockstars (John, George, Ringo and Paul) was surrendered by a loving family who could not afford to keep them all. Paul is being fostered in the south and would love to catch the next freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families! Paul and his littermates are all completely precious! Paul is very friendly, loves attention and just wants to be loved. Paul is very playful and enjoys getting his lab puppy energy out. Paul has been great with other dogs and enjoys all of the people he has met (including children). Paul is working on house training, but as a puppy, he will need some patience while he continues to master the process. Paul is crate trained and learning how to walk on a leash. We would love for Paul to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play his energy out freely as he grows. Paul is up to date on his puppy shots and will be neutered mid-October. Meet O’Neal: O’Neal is about an 8 week old (as of October 11, 2026) lab / pit mix (best guess) that weighs 6.5 pounds. This sporty “hoops litter” (LeBron, O’Neal, Shaq and Sophie) was picked up by animal control from a neglect situation and taken to a shelter. Our rescue heard about them and were able to make space outside of the shelter. O’Neal is being fostered in the south and would love to catch the next freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families! O’Neal and his littermates are all very sweet and very friendly pups! O’Neal loves to be loved on and cuddled. O’Neal is working on house training, but as a young puppy, he will need some patience while he continues to work on the process. We would love for O’Neal to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play freely as he grows. O’Neal is up to date on his puppy shots and will need to be neutered when age appropriate.
