Story
Fortnight is a handsome young adult lab-pit mix who was recently returned to our care. He can take some time to acclimate in new situations and environments&#44 but Fortnight is an incredibly playful and affectionate dog once he is comfortable. He is well loved among both staff and volunteers&#44 and his time with us at the shelter has shown that when provided with structure&#44 patience&#44 and kindness&#44 his confidence grows! He would do best in an adult only home as the only pet where he can receive the attention he deserves. If you are interested in meeting this smart&#44 silly boy&#44 please contact us today!

Fortnight is currently in FC! Please call our adoption center to learn more about him or reach out to his foster at brookelamberton@yahoo.com.

Story
🚪🐾 Doorstopper Alert! 🐾🚪Doorstopper is a 10 month old female Lab/Boxer mix with a soft heart and a whole lot of love to give. She came to us as a stray and is now ready to leave her past behind and start fresh in a safe, patient home. She can be timid at first, especially in new situations, but she warms up quickly with gentle baby talk, affection, and reassurance. Once she feels comfortable, Doorstopper shows her true colors: affectionate, friendly, and very people-oriented. She has a submissive demeanor with humans and clearly enjoys being close to her people. Bonus points if you give bootie scratches-those are her favorite! She would do best as an only pet: No dogs - dominant and uninterested in interacting. She also isn't a fan of feline friends. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 48.5 Age: 0yrs 10mths 2wks
