Story
Hi, I'm Black Jack! I'm a happy, playful, and loving dog who enjoys spending time with my humans and dog friends. I love to play, go for walks, and explore new places. Whether I'm running off-leash or walking calmly on a leash, I'm just happy to be with you.I was found alone on the boardwalk, covered in bite wounds, including a large one on my leg. I also had ehrlichia and anemia, but I've recovered well thanks to care and love. I'm very gentle and friendly with everyone. I'm not a guard dog -- I'll happily greet anyone who comes my way. I get along great with other dogs and I'm eager to learn new tricks if you give me the time to train.I would do best with an active young person, a couple, or a family with older kids who want a loyal and playful companion. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

Story
From the Foster Home: Based on our time with Snacks, a household with adults or older children who have time to give a daily walk, play a bit, and who likes to cuddle up on couch would be great. I think she could eventually do OK with another dog, but am not 100% sure. Our dog didn’t let Snacks show this part of her personality to us. We didn’t get to see her with younger children, but she is a bit too mouthy if restless in the evening and I’m not sure how kids would react. Snacks will be an amazing companion once she learns the ropes at her new home! She is very smart and loving and interested in all the goings on with a family. She loves people. The dog adoption fee is $110 . They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.

Story
Bohdi is a very energetic loving pup, we are sad to have to re-home him but our schedules have gotten to busy to be able to properly take care of him and house train him. He will whine by the door to be let out to do his business. He is 6-months old. He does have a kennel we will give to whoever adopts him with whatever food he has left over, blankets, and toys.

Story
I rescued June roughly 6 months ago. June loves to play fetch, she loves hugs and loves giving kisses. June is a very good dog if she’s the only dog in the household. When I rescued June they said that she was in a foster home with 5 other dogs and only “snapped” at them once. Since having her I’ve had friends over that have dogs and she has been aggressive to all of them. I have personally got bitten a few times breaking up their fights. I know reading that is scary and it’ll scare away a lot of possible adopters but as long as she’s the only dog around she is best. She loves car rides as she likes go look out both windows. June loves her ball, she could play fetch all day. June is crate trained as she stays in there while I go to work. She is potty trained. She also is house trained and isn’t aggressive to people when she eats or chews on her bones. Please help her find her forever family, she deserves it.
