Hi, I'm Joyce, a female fox hound and am almost 12 weeks old!  Since being rescued from the shelter with my siblings, I've been thriving in foster care, playing with their dogs and cats.  I love exploring the outdoors and chasing the frisbee or tennis ball with my foster lab dog friend.  I even went swimming a couple of times in the family pool and didn't mind it (but look forward to warmer water this summer)!  I love taking walks and enjoying all the new smells.  If I pass by a playground, I'm so excited to meet the kids.  I love hearing them play and want to play with them so bad.  All the humans who stop to pet me are my new best friends.  I don't mind baths but am still getting used to riding in the car.  I cry a little in confusion, but know that this will get easier as I grow up.  My most favorite thing is collecting the dog toys and bringing them to my bed.  In my foster house, I have several piles of toys and have to re-stock my piles when mom puts them away.  I'm in my puppy chewing phase so I have   to have a lot of rubber puppy things to chew!  I sleep through the night in my own bed and am working really hard at mastering potty training. I prefer to go outside, but I hit the puppy pad if foster mom or dad don't see my cues or they're not home.  I can't wait to have a forever family and look forward to meeting you soon. Maybe we’ll be the perfect match! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Lola Rose is a beautiful American Foxhoud.  At 2 year old, she has long legs and a slim body weighing in at 43lbs.  Lola likes to chew on toys and stretch out on beds and couches.  She is quite tall so she takes up a lot of space when she's fully stretched out.  She likes to run and play with other dogs.  Lola is quite shy and scared by sudden sounds.  Even after a month in her foster home, she is still not comfortable with the adult men who live there.  Lola will need a home with a fenced yard and at least one adult female human.  She is considered a flight risk. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gus is a goofy lemon foxhound. He has a sweet personality and gets along well with other dogs. Gus has been ok on leash and could use some work in that area. He knows how to use a dog door and is house trained. Gus is also learning about being in a crate and making good progress with that. He loves toys and will carry them around and chew them. He loves to run around at the park. He LOVES to run around full speed and play. He is loud and joyful when he does that. Gus is a quiet boy at home unless there is something important to tell us about which isn't too much. He loves to just sit by his foster parents while they work. Gus is a little bit of a nervous car rider, but he is getting better in that area with practice.
