Story
Bonnie is a beautiful, intelligent, and delightfully quirky girl whose happiest place is home, where her personality truly shines. She’s curious and observant rather than clingy, always wanting to be near the action while happily entertaining herself with an impressive collection of toys she adores, carries everywhere, and even sleeps with. Athletic, strong, and playful, Bonnie loves fetch, knows an incredible list of tricks, and is eager to learn more, especially if treats are involved.  While she is confident and easygoing in familiar environments, Bonnie can be nervous in busy or noisy settings and needs a patient, understanding adopter who will help her continue building confidence at her own pace.  She is gentle, affectionate, crate-trained, non-destructive, wonderful with handling and grooming, friendly with other dogs, and deeply loyal to her people. Bonnie would thrive in a calm home with a secure yard, no small animals, and someone willing to give her the time she needs to show just how sweet, smart, and special she truly is!  Application can be found at CARERescueok.org ##2342487##

Story
Flash is an approximately 2 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound, and if you're looking for a reason to adopt- well, here he is. He showed up a little unsure of himself, but that dog is long gone. Flash has been blossoming since being picked up by the sheriff's department, and at this point he's basically just waiting for someone to give him a couch and a daily routine to get excited about. He loves the people he knows, and the list of people he knows keeps growing. He gets along great with all other dogs- enjoying medium and large ones especially- and has been a total gentleman meeting kids and strangers alike. He's still working on house training and the basics, but there are zero behavioral red flags here. He's just a young, enthusiastic dog with a lot of good energy and not quite enough outlets for it yet. Flash would really shine in a home with another dog to bounce off of and a person (or family) willing to invest a little time in him. He's already come so far- imagine what he'd do with someone fully in his corner. Genuinely, he's such a good boy. Come get this dog.

Story
Hi, I'm Zoey — a 5-year-old American Foxhound mix with a brown and white coat and a whole lot of personality! 🐕 I'm spayed, energetic, and ready for an adventure with someone who can keep up with my spirited nature. I do have heartworms, so I'll need a committed adopter who's willing to take me for treatments and give me the calm, controlled exercise my treatment requires. My adoption fee is $150, and I promise to bring sass, friendship, and plenty of fun to the right home! 💕 Come meet me — I'm worth it!
