Story
AIDEN's owner brought him home as a puppy and kept him on a chain his whole life. We were able to bring him into our group a few months ago. Since then he has blossomed! He cannot believe he can run and play to his heart's content. He was a little afraid of toys at first, but now he LOVES to play fetch. He is kennel trained and is very happy in his big, 54" kennel with his own window to look out of. We are introducing him to other dogs now and he is learning how to play and be a dog. Although Aiden's major breed is a Plott Hound (a large dog), Aiden is 45 pounds and full grown. He has several other hound breeds in him as well. Story
Luna is the sweetest girl I’ve ever known when it comes to dogs. She loves babies, cats, and especially other dogs. She loves being chased around by other dogs. She does not bark or have any accidents inside. Thunder makes her anxious, but she is easily calmed with kind words and a few pets. I’ve had her for her entire life, but unfortunately the situation my wife and I are in we need to rehome her as we know she will have a better life outside of an apartment with a baby occupying all of our time. I promise you that Luna will fulfill your lives just as she has fulfilled ours. We just want her to have a better life than we are able to provide at this time.

Story
Meet Spot, this adorable love bug and his sweet sister Samantha were wrapped in a blanket and thrown out of a moving car. Thankfully a Good Samaritan stopped and picked them up and they weren't harmed. Spot has a sweet docile personality. He would love a family that can give him lots of love, toys, and treats! He is intelligent and food motivated which is very helpful for training. He is crate trained and is working on potty training. We think he is about 3-3.5 months old. Estimated weight would probably be 70-80lb when full grown. Spot cant wait to meet you! This is a curtesy post so if adopted through our organization we will provide remaining vaccines, microchip, and spay/neuter at one of our approved vet partners. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.

Yippee and Yates are the only two still waiting for a forever home of the "8 is enough" series. They just passed their first birthday, and we really do not know at all why two such gorgeous and well-behaved hounds are still at the Furry Friendzy rescue. The holidays are upon us. Tracker is a 40-lb male Beagle/Foxhound mix with a huge heart and an even bigger love for people. He’s an affectionate, happy dog who absolutely thrives on human attention. Tracker loves to play, run, and explore, so he would do best with an active owner and a home with a large yard and a secure wooden fence. While people are his favorite, he gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playtime with canine friends. Tracker has quite a story — he was hit by a car and nearly lost his life, but he made an incredible recovery. Now he’s fully healed and ready to start the next chapter of his life with a loving family.
