This boy has the most beautiful bright, brilliant eyes and playful personality. He is the most appreciative house, pup ever! It didn’t take long before he found his way to sneak into bed with me. He does great with kids, cats and dogs. He does not bark at night, which is a very pleasant surprise. He has a bright and bubbly personality. Barney is about 40 lbs. Barney will make a wonderful house pup. He is house trained and has no issues at all. Barney is currently in foster care with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue in Harrison Arkansas. Do not let distance be a deterrent. There is a Facebook page where you can see videos of him to get to know him. We are heartbroken to report that after being adopted from us 8 years ago...Jupiter has been returned to us because his family no longer had time for him. Jupiter's not one to hold grudges - he's ready to start fresh and find a family that'll stick with him through thick and thin. Jupiter is housetrained, crate trained, walks well onleash, loves car rides, and other dogs. He's still a spry guy who has energy and likes to play. Jupiter is a kind and gentle soul who yearns for a family whose love isn't temporary. (It was reported by his previous owner that he thought he had a seizure sometime back. At this time he has not shown any in his foster home. We are watching him closely and may be able to offer additional support to an adopter if issues would arise in the future.) A reduced adoption fee of $100 does apply for Jupiter, our seniors, special medical and behavioral needs dogs and other "slow to adopt" dogs! Augusta Dog Adoptions is an all- volunteer, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and schedule individual adoptions in the Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries. This sweetie was picked up following a post person because she fed them. Very sweet, friendly and happy, she has the typical hound personalities!! Lily does tend to hang back a little and see what's going on around first. She likes to play and does well with the pups she is with right now. She will need all of the puppy training along with leash work. She is just a great puppy ready for a family to go on adventures with. She is located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.

Super sweet hound. Housebroken and will go to the door to let you know if he needs to go out. Good with other dogs and loves all people. Walks on a leash and is also crate trained. Whiskey is neutered, vaccinated and heartworm negative. He is not a big hound. He is located in a foster home in Fredericksburg Va. He will be a great companion.
