Story
Ashford is a handsome sweet dog. Athlete for sure. He thinks he is a superstar when playing ball and soccer. He love to go on walks and hikes. I got him as a puppy of 2 1/2 months old, he is currently 13 months old. He came from my cousin who had an unexpected litter. His mom's name is Scooby and she is a Mastiff mix and Father full blood German shephard. I have chronic lyme and almost 60 years old and it is difficult for me to be a proper mom to this big guy. I am unable to work right now and do not have the strength to take care of him. I would love for him to find a home with a family or a hiking person. He loves people, especially men, and other dogs. He loves the dogpark and to play. He needs a home with an active person. He does not bark incessantly and is really a good watchdog. Please help me rehome my handsome Ashford. His belonging go with him. 2 bed cots 3 bed mattresses Xlarge igloo doghouse Xlarge metal crate Toys 50 lbs of food, toys, etc. Questions welcome.

COURTESY POSTING - NOT A TUCSON COLD WET NOSES DOG  Adopt Jazz!  This sweet girl is available for adoption from All Tails Matter Rescue (fka MFR)! Jazz is a great combination of couch potato and little bursts of energy when she likes to play, go on short walks (when it's not too hot), and go for car rides. She has had all vet procedures and a recent dental, so she's in great shape.    Jazz is a German Shepherd mix  spayed female, 9 years old. She does great with other dogs and cats! Currently is living with an elderly but energetic Chihuahua, a huge batch of cats, and is enjoying 2 visiting medium sized dogs at the moment. She gets along with everyone! Happy happy girl doggie.  House trained with zero accidents, loves her crate and knows the command "crate", smart and learns easily.    Please email info@tucsoncoldwetnoses.com if you are interested in meeting Jazz or have any questions and we will forward to her foster  *Applications to adopt: wwwTucsonColdWetNoses.com Home Visit / ID and Residence Verification is required.  Compliance does not imply or guarantee adoption.   Approval is the sole discretion of CWN representative(s). Story
EMERGNECY PLACEMENT DEADLINE 3PM WEDNESDAY APRIL 17, 2024Name: PANDA Animal ID: A746364Age: 4 yearsWeight: 39 lbs.About: Meet Panda, he is about 4 years old, Chow Chow mix. Panda will need to find placement with a foster or an adopter through PACC before 3pm on Wednesday April 17, 2024.Panda first came to the shelter back in 2021 as part of a hoarding situation, where he was living with numerous other dogs and was under socialized with people. He was fortunate enough to have received some socialization with the help of staff and volunteers and lived in an adoptive home for well over a year. He is still a little nervous with handling, but in the shelter, he has not shown any potential to fear bite. Panda deserves a second chance at life. He has lived a rough life this far and is looking to find a permanent home to live out his days living his best life. In his previous home, Panda did display some reactivity to people while on the leash and did have an undocumented bite to the husband in the home. Panda would like to meet every member in the household before going home. Once Panda is comfortable with his people, he can be protective so he will need to be kept in a crate or separate room when visitors enter the home. Panda does well with other dogs and might do better in a home with another dog. If you are interested in meeting Panda please come to PACC and ask to meet him.

Story
Loki is one of several dogs who were surrendered to PACC as a group back in 2021. Loki has bounced around between foster and adoptive homes since then and is back on the hunt for a true forever home now. He’s one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever come across and really deserves a soft landing!! Here’s what we know about Loki from his prior homes:- Loki has lived with multiple other dogs and has done well with small dogs- He’s done well with kiddos (but may do best with older kids)- He’s playful, affectionate, and super loving- He is housebroken and crate trained- He can be a bit of a couch potato- He loves toys, car rides, and belly rubs- He loves being near his people and leaps and spins in excitement when his people get back home Loki has a medical condition called Megaesophagus, which means he will need to be fed upright for his meals. He doesn’t mind at all, so just needs a family who doesn’t mind either! Loki has shared his kennel with other PACC pups and has preferred his space when meeting other dogs in playgroup. If you can help a sweet dog who has had a rough start to life and has been shuffled around too many times, please ask about Loki today!
