Meet Sheba! This princess of a pup loves being the center of attention and would do best being the only dog in the home. She loves swimming and getting the zoomies. She is very independent but loves showing her soft, snuggly side to those she bonds with. She knows some commands and would love to continue her training with you.

Story
Phoenix Adoption Bio: Location Green Cove Springs, Florida Adoption Requirements: No Rental Homes Must have Fenced in yard Rescue and Health: Phoenix was Rescued from a very Rural, high kill shelter. She was owner surrendered but we suspect this person also abused her. She was brought in along with two other dogs in the home. We see evidence of Abuse when Phoenix slinks down if something is picked up from the ground. She also arrived in Rescue emaciated she needs atleast 15 to 20 more lbs. Phoenix will be spayed on April 23rd, she has been dewormed, is current on flea, tick, heartworm prevention and fully vaccinated. Behavior: Phoenix is a very sweet dog, she doesn't know how to play with toys but she does like to chase the other dogs when they run after a ball. She sometimes can get too pushy but listens really well. She will need a patient, loving home to thrive in. Would do best with someone that has had experienced with Shepherds that had trauma in their life. Tested with cats and she was fine with our cats but did give a low growl when they hissed at her, she was easily corrected with verbal command. Crate trained, and good in the car. Adoption Information: If you would like to provide Phoenix, a loving forever home or need additional information regarding our adoption process please email me direct on luvgermansheps@yahoo.com or submit an online application via our website www.k-9services.net go to Adoption Application Information page. Story
We got our lovely dog from a breeder when he was one year old and he is currently three years old. Unfortunately, we can’t take care of him due to my severe allergies. Because of his past, he gets very weary around strangers and will bark at them. But after spending time with him, he is the most affectionate dog you will ever see! What I am looking for is a home that understand that because of his past, his behavior is like this, and finds the patience, love, and training to help him socialize more with people and other dogs. He will be the type of that is super protective of the family. He needs someone who actually will wants him now matter. He is the type of dog to be only sweet to the family, he only needs a chance. It would mean the world to him and my family if we could find a new home for him! But to have him you actually want to have him since he is not easy with strangers until he get's used to them.
