Hi there, I'm Felix! I'm a stunning Shepherd with a personality like no other! I've got a few quirks typical of my breed. When meeting new people, I can be a bit curious but also cautious. I prefer slow introductions where I can warm up at my own pace. The staff here thinks I'd do best with older children who understand the importance of giving me space. Once I'm feeling comfortable, I absolutely adore playing with stuffed toys! Spending time in the yard is my fav! I love exploring and playing with stuffed toys. I can get pretty rowdy with my zoomies too! I've been mellow around other dogs and would be up for making some new furry friends with proper introductions. He was adopted, but was found to be a bit too much for the family to handle, so he's come back. Einstein is a big, lovable guy who prefers women over men, and his foster mom has been working with him to overcome his fear of men. Einstein is not aggressive, but has a big bark that can be very intimidating. He loves his dog siblings and is fine with the cats in the home. He needs a very patient adopter to help him to continue to learn to trust men. A fenced yard is best for Einstein. He is a large guy and powerful guy. Mack is a big, handsome, friendly shepherd-mix male whose owner had to surrender him due to unforeseen circumstances. He's a little hesitant on first meeting, and seems to prefer women to men, but once he's over his initial shyness, he's a sweet, friendly, cuddly boy. He can be a little protective of his family, but does not get aggressive. Once he learns that everything is safe, he's back to being his friendly self. His former owner stated he does well with adults, children, other dogs and cats. We have not tested him with small children or with cats. He can be a little selective with other dogs. He has decent potty habits and is accustomed to being leash walked. He is crate-trained and does well during his foster family's absences from home.
