Story
Link is 5 years old. He has lots of energy when he wants to play but most of the time he spends the day sleeping. He is very sweet and is very cuddly. Link is nervous outside of the house and requires training, he is scared of dogs and people he meets outside. When i have people over he is always good with them and loves to be around them, but is scared outside of the house. I adopted Link and Loki from my parents in 2021 and will not be able to take care of them when my lease ends, as my career will require me to move frequently.

Story
Hi there! My name is Koda, and I'm a handsome 4-year-old German Shepherd looking for my forever home. Despite my breed's reputation for being energetic, I'm what you might call "the house cat" of German Shepherds. I've spent most of my life in an apartment, and I've adapted wonderfully to apartment living. I'm a friendly and affectionate boy who loves people, especially children! I've been raised around small kids, and I adore their company. I'm always eager to greet new friends with a wagging tail and a big, sloppy kiss. While I might not have the typical high energy of some German Shepherds, I still enjoy daily walks and playtime to keep me happy and healthy. I'm also a quick learner and would love to continue learning new tricks and commands with my new family. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's great with kids and enjoys the comforts of indoor living, then I might just be the perfect match for you! Come meet me, and let's see if we're meant to be together.

Story
Tessie is a wonderful girl. She became part of our family as a puppy, and is now about 2 years old. Unfortunately we are unable to keep her for a couple of reasons - We are losing our home and not able to move her to our new home, and I have some new medical issues that make me unable to care for her and give her the life she should have. She is playful and needs to have time and space to run around. She loves being outside and does fine outside by herself in a well-fenced yard, but will find weak spots in your fence and escape if able to. She loves kids and other animals. She does jump when she’s excited. She barks at strangers but is not aggressive. Tessie knows some commands, such as sit, and shake. Tessie was not spayed as we were unsure if we would want to breed her in the future. There is a minimal adoption fee requested to ensure she goes to a good home. She will come with a large dog crate and her food and water bowls, as well as a large bag of her current dog food.

Story
We rescued Sidney from a horrific shelter in Memphis, TN. When we got him, he was skin and bones and had some barrier aggression issues (who knows what horrors he suffered there) It didn't take long for Sidney to realize he was now safe and could start letting down his guard. Sidney Poitier has filled out and is truly a stunning dog. Sidney is about 2 years old, and is at his healthy weight of 80 lbs. Sidney is a very intelligent fellow, he learns quicky and is anxious to please. He will do well with a job and/or a lot of stimulation, long walks and hikes. He will do well with an experienced dog person. Sidney loves meeting new people. He has done well with large dogs he has met, however he is would not be good with small dogs or cats. Sidney does show barrier reactivity, however, when the barrier is removed (whether it is a crate, fence or car window) he show absolutely no issues. Because Sidney likes a lot of activity, he will need a securely fenced yard (must be a physical fence, not an electric or invisible system)  He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and on monthly treatment for flea/ticks and heartworm prevention Sidney is currently located in the Middle TN area but transport is included in the adoption fee for approved adopter If you are interested in Sidney Poitier, email cox_ann@bellsouth.net for an application
