Nova was acquired through a coworker whose dog unexpectedly had puppies. She is 2 years old. She is a sweet and energetic girl who loves outside time and long rubs. She is great with babies/small children and other dogs. If “all bark no bite” was a dog it would be Nova. She makes her presence heard until she can get a quick sniff of the surroundings. Once she checks you out , you literally can not get rid of her. She will require all the rubs, all the kisses, and as much play time as you can stand. She understands your basic commands: sit, down, eat, here, bed. She is very teachable

Bella is your typical German Shepherd. For any of you out there that have owned one, you'll know what I mean. But for those of you who don't, let's say that she has an exuberant personality and she's highly intelligent. Bella was adopted when she was 4 months old and grew up with dogs, cats, and kids. She chased and tormented the cats, so I'd say she doesn't do well with them. Bella displays alpha type energy and likes to, for better lack of words, shepherd other dogs at parks. She's quick to intervene when she notices other dogs displaying poor or aggressive behavior. Bella is treat oriented, extremely well potty trained, and adjusts well to new environments. She responds well to many words and commands. Her birthday is Christmas Eve and this year she will turn 10. I would hope that Bella goes to a home that has a large yard for her to run around in, or to someone who is willing to take her for walks and give her exercise. Unconditional love is always a must though.
