We have 2 German Shepards, sisters from the same litter. They compete with each other. Our other Shepard has arthritis in both front shoulders. We have to keep the separated. This isn’t fair for Daisy or her sister. She is very sweet and loves kids.

Max is a four year old purebred GSD. We got his as a puppy from a local breeder in North Carolina. Max is a great dog, truly. I spent a lot of time training him so he is confident with all the basic commands, loves to play fetch, and is great with people/kids. He isn't aggressive towards other dogs but isn't highly socialized, so he does get excitable. He has been prefect for us in almost every way. The catch with Max is his allergies. It took me a lot of time and tests to nail down what is going on with him (allergy tests to food/environment can be provided). The bottom line is that this guy is allergic to everything... Most notably, he is allergic to pine pollen, which makes living in a yard littered with pine tress very problematic. We have also had a couple unexpected additions to family and, as much as we love him, I'm not going to be buying a new house to remove him from the proximity of pine trees. Unfortunately, Max will come with the money requirement of allergy meds.
