Aries is a 2 year old Shepherd mix. She came in only weighing 32 lbs and is now a much healthier 46 lbs. She will still gain a little weight yet. Aries is housetrained, cratetrained, and rides great in the car. Her foster parents are working on her with leash training. She will need a fenced in yard or to stay on leash outside. Aries is very active and playful. She loves playing ball, tug with rope, and playing with the other dogs. She gets along with everyone, dogs, and cats. Aries is very affectionate and likes to be with you. She does jump up, although her foster parents are working with her on it. We think a home without small children might be best until she learns not to jump on them. Aries has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is on heartworm/flea prevention. We want to find her a home that is a better fit for her needs.She is an extremely energetic girl who gets overly excited and plays very rough. She has a tendency to nip and bite, particularly with women and children. She has not drawn blood, and she has never hurt me (the only male in the house), but her behavior has frightened the kids, and we need to put their safety and comfort first.I don't believe she is intentionally trying to hurt anyone, but she needs someone who has time to train her. She would benefit from consistent training, exercise, patience, and an owner who can help her learn appropriate boundaries. She has ALOT of potential to be a good dog but we do not have time to train her. She does have a weight issue and will need high protein food only.

He absolutely loves snack time and never says no to a good meal! Dab is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on his vaccinations, so he's ready to head home with his new family. He would thrive as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention he deserves. If you're ready for a faithful best friend who enjoys the simple things in life, walks, treats, and spending time with his people, come meet Dab. Junie is a very sweet dog. She will need an experienced adopter. She does play well with other dogs but she has always been very food aggressive toward other animals. She tries to scarf her food so a puzzle bowl is recommended. Can be nervous around new people, but she warms up fast. She doesn’t care for cats or other small animals. She needs a lot of play time, she has a ton of energy. She is very vocal because she’s a Husky. She knows sit, lay down, wait, in, and out. She needs a leash and a tall fence when she goes out because she will try to take off. She’s very playful, loves attention and cuddles, and she generally won’t leave you alone. For the right person she will be the greatest friend.

Winston is a Border Collie/German Shepherd mix we adopted as a puppy seven years ago. He is now 7 but still thinks he’s a puppy! He is one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you’ll meet.He is a big cuddle bug who loves being near his people, relaxing around the house, and soaking up affection. He is laid-back most of the day but has a playful side and needs a few opportunities to burn off energy.Winston has strong herding instincts and loves to run, roam, play fetch, and explore. He would thrive in a home with a large, fenced yard and someone who enjoys keeping him mentally stimulated.He completed training at Sit Means Sit and knows basic commands. He isn’t the easiest to walk on a leash and prefers room to run. He can get overly excited and forget his size, so he would benefit from continued training, especially around young children and other dogs. He does have a scary bark but has never hurt a soul. We don’t like to risk it so we don’t bring him around dogs or children.
