Story
This is Rosie (pointed ears) and Lily (floppy ears). They’ve been together since they were puppies, so they need to go to a home together. We rescued them from a family member's home. Their living conditions were not okay; they were always in their cages. They were let outside, then they’d come back inside and be put into a cage where they slept, ate, and spent their whole day. We took them in to try to give them a better home, but our living situation has changed since taking them in. We now have kids and are unable to provide them with the care and attention they deserve. After having our second baby, it became too much for me to care for two kids and dogs. It hurts my heart that I have to rehome them. But they need a home that’s able to provide them with more love and attention. They really are wonderful dogs. They listen very well, are house/potty trained, can sit, and are good with children as well as other pets (cats and dogs). Rosie loves all the attention; she loves to play and cuddle. She loves all the stuffies as well. Lily we call “the mom.” She’s very motherly and loves to just chill and sleep. They both love to go on car rides and walks as well! They are both female, 6 years old, born in November 2018 from the same litter. They are a German shepherd and miniature pinscher mix, medium sized dogs. They are both spayed but not up to date on vaccines. I would love for them to go to a home that has a yard for them to roam in and not be confined in a cage or room all day.

Story
Meet Gabby! This girl is AMAZING. She seems to love everyone and everything, and would be a good fit for a variety of homes. We are guessing she’s 6-8 years old. She was found running loose and was never reclaimed, which is truly hard to believe because she is a fantastic lady. Gabby is available to foster or adopt!

Story
Take a look at Max! Max needs an adopter with shepherd experience who will appreciate his protective instincts! He was surrendered to us about five months ago because his owner was moving, and we’re genuinely surprised he hasn’t been adopted! Max would do best in a home with older kiddos/teens and seems to be comfortable around other dogs. We have not cat tested him ourselves, but his previous owner said he likes them. We’d be happy to test him if needed! We were told Max is 3 years old, but we’re thinking he’s closer to 5. We were also told Max is housebroken, though he might need some leniency as he transitions back to living in a home and not a kennel. If you’d like to meet Max or learn more, please let us know! Any kids or dogs in the home will need to come meet him. Five months is a long time to wait!Intake form notes: housebroken, likes cats, likes dogs, plays well with kids, likes riding in cars, previously kept indoors, protective, shy, nervous, easy goingMore information? Story
Pepper is a german shepherd/husky mix, whose birthday is May 7, 2019, she’s on the left in the first picture. Stella is a german shepherd/lab/pit mix and her birthday is March 30, 2022 and is on the right in the first picture. They are both super lovey and decently trained. I Love these dogs with all of my heart I just cannot take them in, because trust me I would. They may not be from the same litter but they are sisters, and cannot be separated. Pepper loves to play and cuddle, always laying right beside me on the couch. Stella slowly paws at the air when you come near, it’s her way of asking for pets. It breaks my heart to find another home, but they are my childhood dogs and my dad has decided he cannot care for them anymore, and i’m not in a financial or residential place to take them in. Thank you and please give them the home I know my babies deserve. They are located in Sidney, OH but i’m in Lebanon, OH so willing to transport wherever needed.

Story
Born Jan 10th, 2024, I've had Leia since she was 2 months old. I've spent time and money on training her and attempting to my lifestyle. However, it seems like a dog with this much energy does not fit with my lifestyle. I love her to death and it breaks my heart, but I know that this environment isn't right for her nor is it fair to keep her in this environment. Whether I'm traveling for work (which I didn't have to do when I first got her) or just trying to relax at the end of a hard day, she has proven that I cannot keep up with her needs. She would be much more suited for an owner with a more active lifestyle. All I'm asking is that she go to a good home who will love her as much as I have. Included will be a dog treadmill, multiple dog beds, a brush vacuum system, and any dog toys that I have for her.
