Story
Meet Sydney, a serene and affectionate Belgian Malinois Shepherd mix with a heart as gentle as her gaze. Sydney is the definition of calm—nothing seems to faze her. She’s incredibly dog and cat friendly, and her low to medium energy level makes her a wonderful match for a peaceful home. Sydney is being fostered in a loving home in San Antonio, TX, where she gets along beautifully with her German Shepherd foster sister. Sydney walks beautifully on a leash and makes an excellent walking buddy for those who enjoy quiet neighborhood strolls. However, her true happy place is outside—she absolutely thrives in a yard where she can explore, relax, and enjoy nature. A home with outdoor space is a must for this sweet girl. Potty trained and polite, Sydney is well-mannered around the house. She's a little shy when meeting new people or visiting unfamiliar places, so she’ll need a patient and loving family willing to give her time to settle in. Once she trusts you, she’ll show you her soft, affectionate side and soak up every bit of attention you're willing to give. Sydney is also a cozy cuddle buddy—she loves curling up next to you on the couch for some quiet bonding time. While she’s not a fan of car rides, Sydney is happy living the homebody life. She’s currently looking for a foster or adopter in Central Texas who can offer her the calm, consistent environment she deserves. If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion, Sydney is ready to make your heart her home. Story
We love our Ozzy boy and are sad to consider rehoming him. We had our first baby about a year and a half ago and have tried our best to make it work. Our biggest concern is him not getting enough stimulation anymore. He’s never gotten aggressive with our baby but he gets nervous when our baby goes towards him since babies don’t always know how to be gentle or behave around dogs. He loves his daily walks but his favorite thing is to be off leash and be able to roam. He has a sensitive stomach that he receives medicine for each night. We simply get a syringe and administer the medicine orally which he takes really well. It’s managed good at this point and his medicine is about $60 every month and a half. He has a big heart and we will miss him a lot. He has a super gentle nature and is instinctually a teddy bear even though he likes to act like he’s super tough. We want to rehome him to somebody post that can provide enough companionship and entertainment.

Adoption fee $250Weight: 70.6lbsArrival Date: 8/5/26Microchip ID # 941010002879784I’m an adventurous young shepherd mix ready to explore my way right into your heart! With my big ears and curious spirit, every day is a new journey—whether it’s a backyard “jungle” hike, a quest to the treat cabinet, or a cozy snuggle mission on the couch I’m smart, energetic, and love learning new things (especially when snacks are involved . I’m still working on my training, but with a little guidance—and maybe a backpack full of goodies—I’ll be your loyal compañera in no time!I’m also a big fan of hugs and might greet you with some enthusiastic jumps and face kisses Because of my excitement (and strength!), I’d do best in a home with older kiddos. I can be a little shy when meeting new men, so slow introductions (and treats!) are the way to win me over—and then we’ll be best buds in no time So… are you ready to say “¡Vámonos!” and start our next big adventure together?
