Story
Whiskey is a 6.5-year-old German Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix who is loyal, loving, adventurous, and deeply cherished by our family. With more young kids around and a baby on the way, we know he’d thrive best in a child-free home.🐕 Loyal & bonded with his people🥾 Loves hiking, running, and the outdoors🐾 Great with dogs & reliable off-leash🎓 Well trained; 6-week board & train at 1.5 yrs🏠 Crate trained (up to 8 hrs)🛋️ Stays off furniture unless invited🦴 Food motivated📣 E-collar trainedWhiskey needs structured introductions to new people and feels safest meeting with his muzzle on. He is not comfortable with young children. He will thrive with an active, experienced owner who is home often and/or has land. Happy to have a conversation to answer any questions and give additional info with any potential adopters who think they might be a good fit❤️

Story
Kenai (KeenEye) is about five years old. She has a very sweet and playful disposition. Her human companion died recently and would bond to a new human quickly. She has lived in the country most of her life and would like lots of room to explore. She has never been formally trained but would respond to a patient trainer. She sleeps on the bed and would expect to continue this as part of of her bonding. She loves to fetch and play tug of war.

Story
My husband found him when he was a puppy running down a rural Northern California highway. He was starved and covered in fleas. It was a Sunday so he brought him home because the shelter was not open. We bathed him and the water was bloody from the fleas. We fed him, took him to the vet and got his vaccines done at Phoenix animal hospital. I have a 16 year old female dog inside so he had to learn to live outside with my Livestock guardian in the with the lambs as soon as he was healthy enough and big enough to do so. That is where he has been for the last year while we have unsuccessfully looked for a forever home. He is UTD on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. We have done some work with him but I have to very young children, 75 acres and my husband is a California firefighter so he is gone a lot. My time is limited and finances are very tight right now. We really cant afford to keep him much longer.

Story
We acquired Pearl from a private breeder at eight weeks old. Knowing that a white shepherd will never be an AKC recognized dog, she was not as expensive as a pure bred shepherd, but she is definitely a gentler breed. Pearl is a beautiful dog, inside and out. She is shy at first, but loves to be with her peeps. She is young and fun and I believe she would live her happiest life with an easy-going companion dog and a gentle but firm owner. She stays close to us when we are outside and wanders little. I have trained her to come to my call/whistle. She will sit and stay at our command and a "cookie" is her reward. Pearl will not be the strongest watch dog, however, she will let you know if something is amiss and/or she will follow the lead of whoever is "in charge." Pearl has spent her first four years on a five-acre farm and loves to run!
