Willow is an 11-12 week old German Shorthair puppy. She does have a natural (not docked) tail. She currently weighs 12 pounds and will likely be a larger medium sized adult. The breeder maintains that Willow and Maple are purebred GSP. We have no way to guarentee that one way or the other. These are nice, friendly pups no matter if they are purebred or not. Willow loves toys. She loves to see and hear ducks, geese and cranes flying overhead. Willow is not yet house or crate trained. She is a baby puppy and her new family will need to train her. She has not lived with cats or children, but she could be thoughtfully introduced to either one in a new home. She is a typical happy, social puppy. She will benefit from a puppy training class in the upcoming weeks. A little time and she is going to be your very best friend. *Each pup is spayed or neutered and current on their vet cares. *We do not hold or reserve dogs. We do not ship or fly. Welcome Oaks to CCPAL Rescue foster program. Oaks is a 1.5 year old German Short haired pointer and German Shepherd. He is about 48 pounds and a good weight. He is good in a car, potty trained, doggy door trained and lives with six children starting at age 2. He also lives with 6 other dogs and does fine. He would be great with a family and children would be fine. We like them to be 8 or older. He is smart, laid back, good with other dogs and bonds deeply to his family. He is a little timid with strangers but comfortable with his people. His foster family is going to start taking him places so he can get used to changes in environment and other people. He is smart but he doesn’t like to retrieve like his sister does. He is a nice dog and naturally a little protective to his family. He would be great with a family that the dad travels and he wants to feel that his family is safe and taken care of. He is a moderate shedding dog and with his long legs would be a great walking or jogging companion. He is neutered, healthy and getting his vaccinations and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is $300 and transport is $200. Hi, I’m Walnut!I’m a 4 year-old, house-trained guy looking for my forever family. My favorite thing in the world is being with my people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who wants to be part of your daily life, I might be your perfect match.I’m a pretty smart boy, if I do say so myself! I know lots of commands like sit, stay, down, come, and leave it. I enjoy learning new things and working with my humans. I’m also partially crate trained and getting better at it all the time.When it’s playtime, I’m ready to go! I love chasing a ball, running around, and stretching my legs. If you have a yard or enjoy getting outside, I’d be happy to join you. Once I’ve burned off some energy, though, I become a professional snuggler. Give me a couch, a blanket, and my favorite person, and I’m one happy dog.I can be a little cautious when I first meet some dogs, but give me about ten minutes to figure things out and there's a good chance we'll be best friends. Slow introductions help me feel comfortable. We are looking for a safe, loving home for our seven year old German Shorthaired Pointer. He is very sweet with people, cuddly, affectionate, and loves being near his human. He enjoys playing ball and engaging with laser toys, and is still active. Over the last few years, he has become reactive around other dogs and needs to be the only dog in the home. He would not be a good fit for dog parks, daycare, boarding-heavy routines, or a home with frequent visiting dogs without more training. He has lived around a cat and did fairly well, but any cat situation would need careful, slow introductions. This is a very hard decision, but we are rehoming him because he will continue to be exposed to other dogs in our current situation, and with medical travel/appointments we cannot give him the stable, low-stress environment he deserves. We want him placed thoughtfully with someone who understands dog reactivity and wants a loving, cuddly, sweet, loyal companion.
