Story
Hi, My name is Shrek and I am the nicest boy at the rescue. I am gentle and sweet and love everyone including all the dogs and people who help the care of us. I never start trouble with anyone and I am grateful for any act of kindness. I am 25 lbs and approximately 5 yrs. old but Tracy will confirm this when I get neutered. I am Heartworm and Chagas negative which is great being that I come from Deep South Texas. Every dog adopted through Tracy’s Paws receives: • Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate) • All core vaccines (age-appropriate) • Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives • Regular Deworming • Spay/neuter surgery • Microchip

Breed listings are our best guess, based on appearance.

Story
Hiya, I'm Taffy! So, you're probably wondering how a sweet gal like me ended up in a shelter, right? Well, it's a funny story. I was living with this cat, you see, who was a total control freak. One day, I decided to play a prank on him. I hid his favorite toy. It escalated quickly, and before I knew it, I was being escorted out of the house by the cat himself! Now, I'm here, still sweet as ever and ready for a new home. I promise I won't hide your things, well, unless it's a cat toy! Adopt me and let's create funnier stories together! L

Story
Meet Quill! Quill is a 4-year-old, 21-pound Schnauzer and the most cheerful of the three brothers who were found dumped together, matted, scared, and abandoned. Despite everything he’s been through, Quill’s happy little spirit still shines bright. After his much-needed haircut, he strutted around like a brand-new dog — tail wagging, eyes sparkling, and ready to make friends with anyone who glances his way. He’s the first of his brothers to warm up, showing how resilient and joyful he truly is. Quill is affectionate, upbeat, and already blossoming into an amazing little companion. While his brothers are still finding their confidence, Quill is leading the charge with positivity and sweetness. If you want a happy heart in a small, scruffy package, Quill is ready to bring sunshine into your home. ☀️🖤

Story
Meet the Brady Bunch, our adorable 5-month-old schnauzer mix siblings! Marcia is the most outgoing and loves greeting everyone. Cindy and Greg warm up quickly once they know you, and sweet Jan is a little more on the shy side. These cuties currently weigh between 13–16 pounds, and we estimate they’ll be around 20–25 pounds full grown. They were owner-surrendered from an accidental litter, and their mama is getting spayed so this doesn’t happen again. Now it’s their turn for happily ever after! The Brady Bunch pups are ready to meet their forever families and thrive in loving homes of their very own!
