Archibald is a wonderful pet he’s had a ruff life as he was found as a stray and had been jumping from shelter to shelter to find his forever home until one day we adopted him from ADL in San Antonio he loves to play very energetic loves snuggles he loves his treats and bones unfortunately Archie does not do good with children so this is the reason for rehousing Archie he may do good with older children that know how to respect his space but little children he does not do good with

I am looking for a responsible recently retired Schnauzer owner that is willing to give a senior Schnauzer a FOREVER home. I was dumped by my owners in very poor shape. It has taken the Humane Society almost a year to get me in good health so that I can have a forever home. I have gained appropriate weight and completed all my required medical treatment. I have a special diet that I love and enjoy my daily short walks. I need a low activity/low noise home without children that is setup for a senior dog. Schnauzer experience is required and has a groomer I go to every 6 weeks. I am required to receive Cytopoint every 6 weeks for my skin allergies. I have two vets that love me, in case you need to continue to take me to them. If you think you can give me a wonderful home, please apply at www.hhsanimals.org

Story
Archie — Your Gentle Giant with a Heart of Gold Meet Archie, a stunning 68 pound Giant Schnauzer with a sleek black coat and a touch of brown around his muzzle that gives him a distinguished, wise look. He’s a big boy with an even bigger heart — calm, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s loyal best friend. Archie loves car rides and will happily be your co pilot wherever you go. He’s working on his leash manners and learning not to jump up when he’s excited — he’s eager to please and responds beautifully to gentle guidance. He’s great with dogs, cats, and kids, making him a wonderful fit for a family or anyone who enjoys a peaceful, friendly companion. Archie’s happiest when he has a yard to explore, where he can sniff, wander, and take in the world at his own pace. But what Archie loves most is attention and snuggles — he’ll lean in close, rest his head on your lap, and remind you that unconditional love really does exist. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle soul who’ll fill your days with warmth and quiet joy, Archie is ready to ride home with you. Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $600 (includes transport to your area)

Story
We were saved from a rural shelter, and now we’re living our best lives! We’re a group of happy, playful boys who LOVE to wrestle with each other. Tackling, pouncing, rolling—you name it, we’re doing it! That’s how we got our names… after pro wrestlers! You might catch us leaping off the bed onto a brother while another one cheers us on from the sidelines—it’s all part of the fun! We keep the matches going with zoomies around the yard, practicing our best moves and showing off our goofy personalities. We also love toys—especially the crinkly ones… those don’t stand a chance once we pounce! We’re curious, adventurous, and always ready to explore something new, but we still love being close to our people. After all the action, we’re ready to wind down with snuggles, kisses, and cuddles. We’re the perfect mix of wild little wrestlers and sweet, loving boys just looking for our forever families. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
