Story
Kallea is my heart in dog form silly, sensitive, and full of life. She’s the kind of soul who follows you everywhere, makes you laugh when you need it most, and rests her head on your knee when words fall short. I took her in at one year old when she didn’t trust anyone, not even a touch and with time, she learned what love feels like. She adores her walks, her stuffed toys (say “toy” see for yourself), and the soft spot between her eyes being scratched gently (especially during nap time). She’ll dance for food, talk to you when you’re late, remind you how special it feels to be loved unconditionally. She was once bitten by a big dog, so she can be cautious, but her trust comes quickly and her joy is contagious. Life has become uncertain for me, and I can’t be selfish anymore. She deserves so much more. A stable loving home where she can feel safe, have her zoomies in peace, and the snuggles she can’t get enough of. She’s pure joy, & whoever gets her will gain a piece of magic.

Story
SOS! Solomon is a wonderful 9 yr old husky boy needing an urgent home with no cats or chickens. He was surrendered for euthanasia for killing chickens. Huskies are notorious for escape artists when they are bored. He is fully vetted and house trained. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. His adoption fee is only the cost of transport. 3 and a half months in care… and still no interest. Let’s change that! Ada is a gorgeous 3-year-old, 60-pound lovebug who has been so patient waiting for her forever family. She’s been living in a foster home this whole time, so you know exactly what you’re getting: a fun, affectionate, house-ready girl who will slide right into family life. If you’re looking for an enthusiastic companion, Ada is your girl. She lives for outdoor fun—water adventures, long walks, meeting new people, chasing balls, you name it. She’s full of life and happiest when she’s moving, exploring, and being part of whatever you’re doing. She even powered through a 5-mile walk recently and loved every second! Ada is smart and learning quickly. Her leash skills are improving (less pulling now!), and she just needs someone who can keep a good pace and enjoy adventures with her. She’s wonderful with kids and good with everyone—though she tends to pick a favorite person to be her shadow. She’s also working on her relationship with the resident cat. And the cuddles… oh, the cuddles. Ada isn’t just a snuggler; she needs that connection. It’s like affection recharges her emotional battery. She leans in with her whole heart (and maybe her paws). After a day of play, exploring, and being your adventure buddy, Ada transforms into the ultimate couch companion—soft, warm, and completely devoted. ✨ Ada has waited far too long for her person.
