Story
Here’s a good family dog, but extremely anxious around a crowd of people. The reason I can not keep this dog anymore is because he has bitten two of my buddies due to being anxious with too much noise/commotion in a confined space. At home with just my family, he has been phenomenal, but with a 2 year old daughter I can not risk keeping him around. Although he has never given me a concern around my daughter, I will not take the risk. Looking to rehome him to a family that may not have much company around and can keep him in a more peaceful environment. He is trained well around the house, loves outdoors, walks, going on the boat with me, car rides, friendly/playful with our cats, etc. As much as it pains me to do this, I would love to find a new home for him instead of euthanizing, he can be a good dog for somebody out there.

Chance was brought in way back in July with his two siblings. They were found in a crate. Chance was severely malnourished and had skin issues. This is definitely a rags to riches story! Chance is thriving now, with skin issues treated and a regular nutritious diet. He is a super playful puppy of 7 months. We would love to see Chance adopted by an owner or family with previous experience with animals. He is partially housebroken, with leash training in progress (and doing well). Chance is good with other dogs, too! Come and meet this adorable retriever mix 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. Chance is neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. Just look at that face. He`s asking you to take a chance on him.

Six is a small young boy who is starting to come out of his shell and show his cute little personality! He and his siblings were all dumped on a dirt road to fend for themselves, and luckily we rescued them! He is working on house training and so far he's doing amazing. He's still learning to be feel comfortable in a crate but with baby steps he will be crate trained in no time. He can almost make it all night with no accidents. Six will make the perfect little cuddle bug for you and your family.We are a 501c3 non profit rescue.Your information in our application is not shared and is protocol for adoption. Here is the application link. https://shorturl.at/syCM3All of our dogs have age appropriate vaccinations, if over 6 months old are spayed or neutered, if under 6 months adopter is responsible for having that done between 6 and 10 months of age(we can offer some low cost options for you), microchipped with lifetime free membership, dewormed and will go home with a 3 to 5 day dewormer as well, any medical conditions known are disclosed to the best of our ability. Adults are hw tested and status is disclosed. Please don't let HW positive dogs deter you. Please ask us and we will gladly explain the slow kill process! If you are out of state or out of area that is not a problem, we do offer relay transport for a small additional fee to cover health certificates required for private interstate travel and additional vetting required. Bahti is a total sweetheart that loves to play with anyone what will play! Adult dogs, puppies, or people, it doesn't matter she will play with them, or try to. For everything she's been through, she is still a playful and loving baby with a desire to please others and just live a happy loved life. We don't want her to stay at the rescue too long because she deserves to be in a home where she will be shown that same amount of love that she gives. My sisters and I were found and brought to the rescue. We've been treated for our skin issues and loved unconditionally at the rescue since we arrived.
