Meet Tanner, an adorable, active, loving, happy, affectionate and fun adult Golden Retriever who may have some Beagle in him too which can account for his smaller size, sweet little face and bouncy personality. He is looking for a family who has a young dog with lots of playful energy to be his new best friend and a family who has loads of love to spare for this precious little guy. He's a "happy go lucky" little guy who was once affectionately called "Air Bud" after the famous basketball playing Golden Retriever!!! Tanner is a good boy in the house and yard and loves, loves, loves playing with his doggie companions in the neighborhood. Being housetrained and crate trained, he is ideal for an active family looking for a new best buddy. He rides well in the car, loves playing and running in the backyard and really loves snuggling with people too. He enjoys meeting children on his daily walks but is jumpy when first meeting them, so he is a good choice for older children such as teenagers. With a face like Tanner's, he's a real |"attention grabber" on his daily walks around the neighborhood. Tanner is in perfect health, neutered, totally vaccinated, heartworm negative, wormed and microchipped. He still does need some leash training so our trainer will be working with him and his new family for a short while. If you want to make Tanner part of your family and are active with a young, large active dog too, please go to www.greatrescue.org to complete an application. Story
Finn is the sweetest pure breed Golden Retriever. He has been an amazing addition to our family but we are traveling due to a job change. We have two dogs. A pure breed Golden Retriever and a pure breed Border Collie. They play wonderfully together, and participate well with other dogs at our local dog parks. Also good and sweet with our two cats. We would love to find them a home together but understand they may need to be separated as well. Finn is a calm and very obedient dog who needs lots of attentions. He loves butt scratches and sitting in the sun. We have a fully fenced yard so he loves his freedom to run and explore. He listens best when he is given the freedom of choice and returns when called. Up to date on all shots and fixed. Small fee to assure a good home. Please inquire if interested.
