Meet Ted! This 5 year young Golden Retriever is a happy-go-lucky, goofy boy who is absolutely bursting with love and ready for his forever home. He is an incredibly friendly boy who turns into a total wiggle butt the second he gets outside, often leaning in for cuddles or rolling over to demand belly rubs. Ted absolutely loves toys and will happily bring you his favorites for a game of fetch or tug-of-war before contentedly settling down by your side. He is food motivated, already knows `sit,` and walks beautifully on a lead. For the first two years of his life, Ozzy didn't know the comfort of a warm couch or the joy of being part of everyday family life. He spent his days outside on a chain with a family in Louisiana. They shared that he was wonderful with their children, but when a third baby arrived, they made the decision to give him up. Now Ozzy has a second chance—and he's making the most of every kind word, gentle touch, and belly rub! This handsome, long-legged boy is about 2 years old and currently weighs 59 pounds, though he'd love to fill out to around 70 pounds. Every day, his goofy, affectionate personality shines a little brighter. Ozzy absolutely adores people. In fact, he's so thrilled to have human attention that he sometimes forgets his manners and tries to "hug" you by wrapping his front legs around you. It's not bad behavior—it's simply the sweetest dog who's making up for lost time. With consistent training, he's already learning that four paws on the floor earn him all the love he could want. Ozzy is smart, eager to please, and loves being told he's a good boy. He sits politely for treats, takes them gently, walks nicely on a leash and happily returns to his kennel when asked. His kennel stays clean, a good sign he is house-broken, and he enjoys having a blanket and a few toys to call his own. He has that perfect young-dog energy—happy zoomies one minute, then content to sit quietly beside you soaking up pets and affection the next. Watching him romp around the yard is pure joy, but what melts your heart is how often he checks back in with his person, just to make sure you're still there. Ozzy gets along well with the dogs he's met and has shown no signs of aggression. He'd likely enjoy a canine companion, but he'd also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only best friend. At just about 3 years old, Panda has already mastered one very important skill: loving with her whole heart! This beautiful, golden-cream girl is a delightful mix of playful puppy and world-class snuggler. She may be a little shy at first, but give her a bit of kindness and affection, and she quickly blossoms into an affectionate sweetheart who gives kisses, leans in close, and even tries to climb into your lap. At around 65 pounds, Panda might be a little big for lap-dog duty, but don't bother telling her that! Panda is happiest when she's close to her people, soaking up attention and enjoying all the belly rubs she can get. Her idea of a perfect day includes a little time to stretch her legs and enjoy some zoomies in the yard, followed by a cozy spot beside her favorite person. She's generally mellow, friendly, and easygoing, with a playful side that comes out when she's feeling comfortable.
