Story
Ollie, also known as Oliver Bean, is a purebred Golden Retriever with a huge heart and so much love to give. He is sweet, loyal, affectionate, and would make an amazing family dog. Ollie is great with kids and other dogs, and he loves being included in family life. He enjoys hikes, outdoor adventures, walks, and anything that lets him spend time with his people. He is very smart and responds well to commands. He listens well and wants to please, which makes him a joy to be around. Ollie is not neutered, but he has not shown aggression. He is a loving, friendly dog who just needs a home that can give him the time, attention, and activity he deserves. Ollie does have some manageable allergies. His ears can get yeasty, and his paws can get itchy, but this has been easy to manage with anti-itch spray and antifungal spray. We are hoping to find him a family that can give him the love and attention that he gives and deserves!

Story
Meet Kolbi! She was adopted last June but is returning due to no fault of her own. Kolbi is looking for her forever home in an environment she can thrive in! Kolbi is a loving, loyal dog with so much affection to give and thrives in the right environment. She is wonderful with children and a great companion. Kolbi is very affectionate, loves to snuggle, and enjoys being close to her people. She is food and treat motivated, which makes her fairly obedient and eager to please. She also loves her toys and enjoys playtime just as much as cuddle time. Kolbi can be a little nervous around men and takes time to build trust, so she does best with patience, consistency, and a calm environment. Kolbi is not a big fan of other female dogs and would likely do best as the only dog or possibly with the right male dog after careful introduction. She also does not do well around chickens or ducks, so a home without poultry would be best. She would thrive with someone who understands her boundaries, will give her time to feel safe, and wants a loyal, loving companion. Kolbi is a sweet dog who deserves the perfect fit and a family that will make her feel safe and loved. Story
Hi there! My name is Mattel, and just like the famous toy company, my foster mom says I am an absolute doll! I’m a beautiful Golden Retriever and Australian Kelpie mix, which means I’ve got a stunning coat, a brilliant mind, and a heart made of pure gold. Whether you’re looking for a copilot for your weekend road trips or a professional snuggler to binge-watch your favorite shows with, I am officially game for whatever you have planned. I love couch time, lounging on the softest cushions available, belly rubs, and leisurely strolls. I walk beautifully on a leash and love taking in the neighborhood sights. Don't let my medium size fool you—if I fits, I sits! I am looking for a forever family that appreciates a good cuddle session and has a comfy spot on the couch reserved just for me. I have the perfect balance of Kelpie curiosity and Golden Retriever loyalty. Are you looking for a new partner-in-crime and a lifetime supply of unconditional love? **Apply to adopt me today, and let’s make it official!** All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   July 3, 2026, 6:50 pm

Story
Meet Winger, a 10-year-old golden retriever–shepherd mix with all the charm and manners of a true gentleman. He’ll politely offer his paw in greeting and carry himself with a calm, dignified presence. At 65 pounds, Winger is happiest by your side—whether that’s relaxing on the sofa or snuggling in bed. Loyal and devoted, he takes his role as your protector seriously and prefers to stay close to his person. He’s fully potty trained, gets along well with other dogs (but doesn’t need one), and is respectful of cats. Easygoing, affectionate, and steady, Winger is truly the perfect gentleman.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Meet Luke! He loves his people and is outgoing. He's an active boy who loves to play, run, and have fun, and he'll bark to let you know when someone new arrives. He gets along well with other dogs but does best with proper introduction first. He listens well, does great on a leash, and is excelling at crate training. He also keeps his area clean — great habits for such a young pup! Since coming into foster car e, he's discovering toys and indoor life for the first time, and doing wonderfully. Being a young puppy, he has so much energy for play and would thrive with a family ready for plenty of activities and enrichment. He would do best in a home with a tall secure fence. He has been around a 2½ year old and did wonderfully. As with any dog and child, a family that understands and practices proper child and dog relationships will set everyone up for success. He has not been cat tested. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 3, 2026, 12:58 pm
