Story
Junebug originally came to the rescue as a puppy. She was adopted out and through no fault of her own was rehomed several times, we are unsure of the reason and all we know is that she is very calm and sweet. Gets along with everyone here in the rescue. Loves kids. Cats are a no-no for her. she does need a secure yard because she likes to run. Wouldn't you like to give this golden girl her furrever home? Interested in meeting her? please go to www.woodscreekrescue.com and fill out an application. you can also follow us on Facebook, where you will find updated videos and pictures of our dogs that are available.

Story
So stop me if you have heard this one...... I was walking down the road, minding my own business when BAM! I was hit by a car!!! You haven't heard this one yet??? Well, sit back and relax and let me tell you my story of despair and hard work and now, REDEMPTION!!! Yes, I was literally minding my own business- I was searching for food, water and maybe some love in the mean streets... The car accident actually SAVED my life and now I am in my foster home and it is SO AWESOME!!! BUT, I have a forever home out there looking for a hard working, happy and SWEET fuzzy (a little gray)face and I am going to find you! I am such a good girl, smart and sweet and huggable. I have been through alot of recovery and am getting around great (see I was partially paralyzed for a month or two after the accident) but with the knowledge and love of my foster family I WALK again! I am pretty independent now and ready for the COUCH of my dreams! Look at my video and see how far I have come. I am great with other dogs, all people and for my safety sake would LOVE a KID OF MY OWN!! I actually am AMAZING WITH SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS :) I just seem to have a special connection with the special kids and sure hope to find one to be my bestest friend!! In return for your family and love I will give you my WHOLE life of love and happiness. I mean, look into my gorgeous soulful eyes and ADOPT ME!!! My foster mom can tell you all about who I am and you can decide to adopt me! ***This dog has a special need from her family. Please identify how you will continue her special care when you adopt her- Noel has bilateral hip dysplasia as well as weakness in her back end. She gets around very well, but needs monitoring and a quiet home. She takes joint supplements daily for life and anti inflammatory meds.**** Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area. Temporary $50 fuel fee will be applied)

Story
See his personality here: https://youtu.be/jdEAxHfrO08?si=avw78itQ8cpLZMuT Hi there! My name is Bobo and I am the most happy-go-lucky little boy you'll ever meet. My favorite activities include going on walks, carrying around my toys, running in the sunshine, and meeting new friends (dogs, cats, and humans alike)! While I'm a big goofball and super super playful, I'm also a really perceptive guy. One of my new puppy friends is completely blind, and I knew to be gentle with her the very first time we met. Not only am I smart, but I'm also super brave! I don't tell many people this, but I was a bit scared of the stairs the first time I saw them. I don't think I was familiar with them before my foster mom found me, but it only took me a day to conquer that fear and now I run them up and down like a pro! Getting in my crate is still kind of spooky to me though, but I know with some more training, love, and patience from my new family I can overcome it in no time. I love taking big naps, but don’t let that fool you! I am a growing boy after all and need lots and lots of playtime, socialization, and space to run. A big yard would probably be the best for me, but if my new family was dedicated to taking me on long walks and cool adventures, I would be the happiest dog out there! I don’t mind car rides, but the "getting in" part is a bit strange; like the stairs, I don’t think I knew much about cars until now. However, with a boost and a reminder that I’m the best boy, I can do anything! If somehow you haven’t fallen in love with my long whiskers and floppy ears yet, let me tell you one more awesome thing about me: I love kids AND other dogs! You can see in my videos that I’m a playful, go-with-the-flow type of pup that doesn’t need to be the “alpha” of the pack. I am the perfect fit for an active and loving home and I am so excited to find my forever family! He seems to be in excellent health and we will have him fully vetted before he travels to you. The adoption fee is $1000 and includes all vetting per our veterinarian: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery, flea prevention, we inject or give 2-6 months of heartworm preventative, heartworm testing and heartworm treatment if applicable, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 25% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport.
