Story
We have a transport trip on 2/25/24 to Roseville, Ca. and Medford OR.! We will be asking for transport costs to be divided between all adopters in route to help alleviate the total costs involved.) Meet Valentina. She is a purebred golden red female Golden Retriever. She is a smaller girl weighing in at , and yes she is full grown and at a healthy weight. She is 1.5 years of age. She is spayed, current on vaccines, and microchipped. She is house trained, and goes outside to use the restroom when she needs to. She is crate trained, and currently sleeps in a crate at night, and sometimes naps in there during the day. She has great house manners, so she has full roam of the house during the day as she please. She is wonderful with all dogs and cats alike. She has a super sweet, docile, loving, beautiful, temperament ❤️ She is everyone's friend. She LOVES to greet new faces, as she is a socialite by nature 💕 She is also leash trained, and loves her walks. Loves to run and play in the yard, and is an absolute water lover ☺️ She rides phenomenal in the car, and really enjoys road trips of any length. Her happy place is being with her person/family no matter where that may be. She is NOT super high energy either, and has a great on and off switch, and can be just as happy laying at your feet, or near by while you are working, or doing things around the house. She truly is a gem, and a friend YOU want to call yours ❤️ Now that you have learned all about what makes her SPECIAL, I can only do what I know how to do best and that's pray the rest of her history will be something her new family/person can commit to, as she deserves a wonderful new beginning 💕 We had X-rays done on both bag legs/knees/hips. One of her legs is completely okay, the other one is showing mild hip dysplasia and mild arthritis due to an old injury her past owners failed to treat when it happened. They were honest with me about her past, and their negligence in caring for her, and out of precaution we made sure our vet did a full set of X-rays. Nothing is broken, hence nothing can be fixed. All we can do moving forward is have pain medication on hand to help with any type of pain/discomfort she may develop over time. My vet is confident that she will live a long happy fulfilling life regardless of the x ray findings, and with hip dysplasia being common in the golden retriever breed as is, hers is very mild and may very well remain that way the rest of her life. If you have been waiting and praying for the perfect girl, and yes, to me she is still very much perfect 😍 then she is an answer to those prayers 💝 Her adoption fee in total is broken down on her listing under "available for adoption," on our website at breadoflifek9refuge.org It covers her spay, vaccines, chip and registration, exam, x rays, time and care since with us, and her training we have personally done with her here. Photos will be posted soon ❤️

Story
(We have a transport trip on 2/25/24 to Roseville, Ca. And Medford OR.! We will be asking for transport costs to be divided between all adopters in route to help alleviate the total costs involved.) Meet Lenny. He is a 3.5 year old Goldendoodle. He is silver in color and absolutely beautiful! He weighs 57 lbs. he is a bit overweight, and could lose a good 8/10 ish pounds. He is a very healthy boy, just lacked exercise in his last home and would fill his time with eating more than he needed out of boredom. He is loving the new space to run and play since with us here, and no longer goes to his food bowl to eat just to pass time. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccines. He had a wonderful wellness exam with our vet and has been cleared to find a home all his own. He is house trained, and goes outside to use the restroom when needed. He is also crate trained, and currently sleeps in his crate at night only as he has free roam of our home all day as he has expectional house manners. He is leash trained, and loves his walks around the neighborhood. He is very good with ALL dogs and cats alike as he was raised with both in his prior home that he loved. He is very sweet with men, women, and children alike. He is GREAT on road trips, LOVES his spa days with our groomer (and will be freshly groomed prior to adoption,) and knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, and leave it. He is a very smart boy and aims to please as he loves making his humans happy ❤️ He has a love for life, and enjoys the outdoors but also has a beautiful serene side to him and will lounge around all day near by his human. He is NOT high maintenance, but dooesnt mind being spoiled either 🙃 He is NOT a barker, but will alert you of unfamiliar sounds. He is truly an amazing companion whether for a single person/couple, or would happily join a family ❤️ His prior family didn't have the time to give him the life that he deserved between work and kids schedules with school and sports. They knew keeping him was selfish, and putting his needs before theirs was worth his happiness in the end so they reached out to us to take him in and find him the best home out there so if that's you then don't pass by this AMAZINGLY sweet kind beautiful boy ☺️🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️ Photos will be updated after his groom apt on 2/14/24 His adoption fee along with its breakdown is on our website at breadoflifek9refuge.org. Click on listings, then click on available for adoption and that's where you will find his post.

Story
Meet the Fabulous Five Litter. These little bundles of joy are 3 months old and about 20lbs so far. This group of adorable mixes all have very different appearances which will make it easy picking out the one that is right for you. The Fab Five are a fun litter with lots of personality and spunk! Stevie Nicks is currently 3 old, and we think they may be a pit/golden retriever mix, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that she is adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves her life as well as the life of another in its place. She is playful, curious, and cuddly. He loves to play with her siblings and take lots of naps in between play shifts. Eat, sleep, play, repeat- such is puppy life! She is still young so they will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application Link: Please email evanh@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $825 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.
