Story
Meet Gully – A Gentle Golden Gem! Gully is a one-year-old mini golden retriever with a heart full of calm, sweet love. This affectionate boy is as gentle as they come — the kind of dog who’ll softly take a toy from your hand and return it with a kiss. He loves kids and plays politely, making him a wonderful family dog. Gully also knows how to entertain himself with toys, and when he’s done, he’ll come over to offer quiet snuggles and soft kisses. His calm demeanor makes him a great fit for a home or even an office! Gully has met other dogs — even the big-personality types — and responded with kindness and grace. He’d thrive with another canine companion or be perfectly happy as your one and only. He’s also a great match for solo adopters looking for a loyal best friend. He’s learning to walk on a leash, doesn’t mark in the house, and doesn’t bark at passing dogs — just watches them with curiosity. If you’re looking for pure golden goodness in a compact package, Gully is your guy! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. The adoption fee is $1,600 and includes all vetting: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Ellie - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hello big ole world, let me introduce myself. I'm Ellie and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I was rescued from a local shelter to be given this chance at a loving fur-ever home!! This SSF (single spayed female) is in search of my LFH (loving forever home). I'm just right around 4 years old and come in at about 85lbs. I'm one of the happiest gals you'll have the pleasure to meet. I always has a big ole smile on my face and it's always ear to ear!!! If you like pina coladas...I'll just share your bottle of water. I'm not much into health food but I'd share a pizza with you. If you like getting caught in the rain, I'd be happy to dodge those raindrops with you. The only Escape I was looking for was out of that shelter so I could find YOU! I'd make a fabulous life pawtner, as I won't complain if you're late, in fact I'll meet you at the door, tail a waggin, I only make one dish dirty at a time, I won't make you do much laundry and I leave the bathroom clean, doing my business outside! I was a tad bit shy and overwhelmed with the shelter environment but I have been doing really well once I was in a home surroundings. I get on great with my 4legged 'siblings' here at my foster home but would probably do best in a home with only older kiddos. I haven't had the pleasure yet of meeting any of those creatures y'all call a cat. I love walks... both leisurely neighborhood strolls and hiking those pawsome nature trails and I walk really well on the leash. I wouldn't even mind sleeping on the ground if meant we got to go on some of those fabulous camping trips! I am soooo ready to unleash all this awesomeness on a family so if you're ready for a lil heartbeat at your feet and feel like I could be a perfectly pawsome fit for your family please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application. You can find it at haydudeequine.org Lots of puppy kisses and tail wags, Ellie!

Story
Meet Butter! She is currently 4 months old, and we think she may be a Golden Retriever / Pit Bull mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Butter's video here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Pyichbppzl8&feature=youtu.be Butter is currently in a loving foster home and loves to play with other pups and her kiddo! She is so soft and loves to snuggle up in your lap. She has the sweetest smile and just wants to be where you are. Gentle and sweet, she would make a very special companion. Butter is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Butter's new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6809014d422772c34a0d4b77 Please email katiak@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,200.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Story
Meet My Pup! He's 11 months old and full of personality! I’d describe him as needy in the sweetest way—he’s a total attention seeker who just loves being around people. His favorite things in the world? Balls, playing fetch, and making new friends—both humans and other dogs alike. He’s super social and always up for a good play session or a cuddle. When looking for a new home for him, I’d want a place that has plenty of love to give, room to run and play, and ideally someone who enjoys interactive time with their dog. He thrives on companionship and would be happiest in a home where he’s not left alone too often. Adjectives for him? Affectionate, playful, energetic, social, silly, loyal—and just a little bit clingy in the most lovable way.
