Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ☀️🐾 Meet Penn — The Sunshine-Fueled Adventure Buddy with Golden Vibes 🐾☀️ (Approx. 2 Years Old 50lbs • Golden Pyrenees–ish • Certified Good Mood Booster) If happiness had fur and showed up wagging its tail, it would look a whole lot like Penn. This handsome, fluffy fellow is approximately 2 years old and 50lbs, wonderfully easygoing, and brings a bouncy, joyful energy wherever he goes. Think golden retriever optimism mixed with Great Pyrenees calm confidence — basically, the best of both worlds. Penn and his brother Teller were found as strays in Wimberley, TX, but you’d never know it from Penn’s “life is awesome” attitude. He’s friendly, social, and clearly convinced that everyone he meets is just a future friend he hasn’t hugged yet. 🐕 Penn’s Gold-Star Resume: ✅ Happy, playful, and well socialized ✅ Great with people — instant best friend material ✅ Great with other dogs — polite, playful, and social ✅ Cats unknown (he’s open to interviews) ✅ House trained — a true gentleman ✅ Loves adventures, from backyard hangs to big outdoor days ✅ Up to date on vaccines & rabies ✅ Neutered and ready for forever Penn would thrive with an outdoorsy family who wants a dog to share it all — the exciting stuff (hikes! trips! exploring!) and the everyday moments (coffee on the porch, neighborhood walks, dramatic squirrel-watching). He’s the kind of dog who makes even a trip to the mailbox feel like a group activity. He’s playful without being overwhelming, affectionate without being clingy, and just all-around easy to love. The kind of dog who fits right into your life like he’s always been there. If you’re ready for a dog who wakes up every day assuming it’s going to be the best one yet… 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org — Penn is ready to bounce his way into your heart. And yes, his brother Teller is also looking for his fur-ever home!

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Elsa – The Golden-Hearted Girl Who Never Stopped Believing in Love At 8 months old and 48 pounds, Elsa is a beautiful Golden Retriever–Great Pyrenees mix who somehow ended up with all the Golden personality and only the Pyrenees fluff. Sweet, friendly, eager, affectionate—this girl is sunshine in dog form. If Golden Retrievers had a motivational speaker division, Elsa would be the CEO. But her start wasn’t golden at all. Elsa spent her whole puppyhood tied to a tether outside a trailer, watching the world from a spot of dirt she never deserved. No toys. No soft beds. No one to run to. No one to run with. And yet… her heart never quit. When she first came to us, she had a little food aggression around other dogs—understandable when you’ve never known if your next meal was guaranteed. But with time, consistency, and the realization that she’s finally safe, Elsa has blossomed beautifully. She’s now doing wonderfully with her dog friends and has never shown an ounce of aggression toward people. Humans, in her eyes, are made of magic—especially the ones willing to pet her. And oh, does she love to be loved. She leans in, she wiggles, she smiles with her whole face. She gives love like she’s been storing it up for months—because she has. Elsa deserved so much more than what she got in her puppy months, but she refuses to dwell on the past. She’s too busy soaking up cuddles, handing out kisses, and living her best “I’m finally free!” life. Her capacity for forgiveness and joy would put most of us to shame. This girl is resilient, goofy, grateful, and ready. Ready for a family. Ready for a home. Ready to love—and to be loved back. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, funny, deeply affectionate companion with a heart big enough to light up your whole house… Elsa is your girl. Apply today at haydududeequine.org, and get ready to welcome a brave, bouncy, golden-hearted miracle into your arms, heart and home!! 🐾

We have a transport where we will be personally driving our dogs home leaving on 1/2/26 to NorCal, OR, and WA. Surrounding states will be added to our route as needed ☺️ We would love to add Naveen and Jasmine to our trip for the right home/homes! Jasmine is 65 lbs and Naveen is 79 lbs Naveen and Jasmine are a stunning pair of Goldendoodle siblings who remind us every day how special it is when love runs in pairs. Their soft, hypoallergenic coats shimmer like gold in the sun, but it’s their hearts — pure, joyful, and endlessly affectionate — that truly make them shine. These two have grown up side by side, best friends since birth, and their connection is something extraordinary to witness. Here, they’ve shown us what it means to live in harmony — playing, resting, and even asking for attention together (and yes, it’s a full-time job keeping both their tails wagging at once). While we would love to see them adopted together, we know that life sometimes writes its own story. If two wonderful homes come along instead of one, we have every confidence that both will thrive — their love for life and people runs so deep that they’ll carry that warmth wherever they go. Their prior owners loved them deeply and cared for them with great devotion. When they made the difficult decision to move out of the country, they reached out to us through tears, knowing they couldn’t take them along no matter how much they wanted to. It broke their hearts to say goodbye, but they did what every selfless pet parent hopes they would do in such a situation — ensured their beloved dogs would remain safe, loved, and secure. Their choice gave Naveen and Jasmine the opportunity to continue their lives surrounded by care and affection while waiting for their next forever family. Both dogs are incredibly well-mannered and wonderfully social. They’re great with other dogs, gentle with children, and loving with both men and women. They have amazing house manners and are easy to live with — the kind of dogs that make your home feel calmer just by being in it. They know all their basic commands — sit, come, stay, down, and shake — and follow them with eagerness and pride. They’re not barkers by nature but will use their voices when something unfamiliar catches their attention, always mindful and quick to settle once reassured. Naveen, the charming brother, has a deep love for water and takes daily swims in our pool, gliding through the water like it’s his second home. Jasmine, his sweet sister, is his quiet cheerleader — she prefers the shallow end, dipping her paws and keeping a watchful eye on him as he plays. They balance each other perfectly: where Naveen is adventurous and playful, Jasmine is thoughtful and tender. Together, they create a perfect sense of peace and joy. They adore affection and will melt into your lap the moment you start petting them — sometimes both at once, each resting their heads gently against you as if reminding you that love is meant to be shared. Good thing I have two hands (one for each 😂). They’re affectionate, loyal, and happiest when close to their people — whether that means curling up by your feet, following you from room to room, or sharing quiet moments at the end of the day. Both are house trained, crate trained, and sleep soundly through the night — whether in their crate or on a bed beside yours. They love walks, are wonderful on leash, and travel perfectly on road trips, hopping right in with bright eyes and wagging tails, ready for the next adventure. They’re excellent at the groomers and take their pampering sessions like the professionals they are. And, of course, they’re huge fans of treats — which makes every bit of training as fun as it is easy. They’ve continued to grow and thrive with us — perfecting their manners, strengthening their confidence, and showing everyone who meets them what pure devotion looks like. They are dogs who love with their entire hearts, and whether they go home together or separately, they will bring nothing but happiness and warmth to the families lucky enough to call them their own. Adoption Fees are on our website at the bottom of their adoption listings at https://www.breadoflifek9refuge.org/post/naveen-and-jasmine Both Naveen and Jasmine will be fully vetted, microchipped, vaccinated, and cleared by our veterinarian prior to adoption. Their exams are set for November 11, 2025, and any necessary updates will be reflected at that time. Their adoption fees cover all veterinary care, including their exams and any procedures or treatments recommended by our vet, as well as the care, training, and professional grooming they’ve received while with us. Naveen and Jasmine are everything wonderful about family — loyal, loving, joyful, and kind. Whether their journey continues side by side or along two separate but equally happy paths, one thing is certain: they will fill their forever homes with a love that’s as golden as their hearts. 💛🐾
