Story
Cooper has been part of our family since July of 2017, a little over 8 years ago. He is our family's first dog and has become instant best friends with our two daughters. He is playful, smart, and demonstrates both Golden retriever and Poodle traits. He likes family time, outside time, eating time, and nap time. He understands basic commands and responds to non-verbal commands as well. Cooper will be 9 years old in April of 2026. He likes a routine and occasionally tries to speed up the clock for activities like meal time or outside time. He is a little shy around new people, but once you allow him time to make his introduction, you have a friend for life. When we go for walks, he wants to stop at each neighbor's house to say hi if he sees them outside. Loves the people at the vet and his groomers. Only fears that he has not outgrown are the sounds of thunder and crushing plastic bags.

My pet came into my care through a personal situation, and my main goal has always been to keep them safe, healthy, and loved. They are approximately 2years old and have been raised in a home environment. They are affectionate, loyal, and enjoy being around people. They have a sweet personality and do well with routine and consistency. I am looking for a stable, loving home where they will be treated as a family member and given the time, attention, and care they deserve. I would describe my pet as loving, playful, intelligent, and very devoted.
