Zeus is a 6 year old goldendoodle looking for a new home. He’s great with kids. He can be a bit shy initially but as soon as he sniffs around he is friendly to all. For the most part he gets along with other animals but there have been instances were he didn’t get along with other dogs. He loves fetch at the doggy park or just playing with his tennis balls indoors. Most day's he naps and enjoys lots of scratches and tends to follow his human friends.

Story
Personality: He is awesome with children, we have 3 under 8yo. He is good with other dogs. Cats I'm not sure as we have never been around but he likes chasing squirrels in our backyard. Not leash trained. Crate trained and housebroken. He knows "sit down" and is very smart/trainable. Max is a sweet dog but with a severe adult PTSD. We are pretty sure he run from an abusive home and even after 2 years with us, he still fears adults he doesn't know. So taking him to the vet is an adventure. Grooming is impossible. We tried even with groomers specialized with anxious dogs and Max would not let them cut his hair. No history of biting or aggression, though he barks like crazy to adults he doesn't know but do not attack them when they come inside, instead he runs away. He would need someone patience that would be willing to train him well to trust other adults other than regular caregivers.

Bartholomew is a 2.5 year old, 22 pound Miniature American Shepherd/Poodle Mix (Aussiedoodle mix) with a gentle, sensitive nature. He may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but with a little patience, he quickly warms up and becomes a devoted, affectionate companion who wants nothing more than to be your best friend. Though Bart enjoys playing with other dogs outside of the house, he doesn’t want to share his human or humans with other dogs, so he needs to be an only dog in his forever home. He has great leash manners and enjoys exploring the world on walks, as well as running freely in his foster’s fenced yard. Bart is a smart and food motivated pup who enjoys learning and thrives with positive reinforcement. He loves attention from his people and will happily soak up all the scratches and affection you have to offer. Bart would do best in a home without children under 16. Meet Ava! Ava is a gorgeous poodle mix who came to us from a hoarding/backyard breeding situation in South Georgia, along with 8 other dogs.  Ava is about 5 years old and a sweet, playful girl. She's great with all other dogs and crate trained. Ava hasn't been around cats since we have had her, but several others from the same group are currently fostering with cats and doing great, so it's likely she would too. Ava is looking for an experienced poodle/doodle home with at least one other adult dog and a fenced yard. We also want to mention that while these dogs are poodle/doodle mixes we have no idea how much poodle is actually in them and so we cannot say that they would be allergy friendly.   Interested in adopting? Meet Rudy! Rudy is an adorable poodle mix who came to us from a hoarding/backyard breeding situation in South Georgia, along with 6 other dogs. We were told that Rudolph, who was part of the same group we rescued, is his brother and honestly they look so similar - we believe it! Rudy is about a year old and a sweet, sensitive soul.  He's great with all other dogs and cats and crate trained. Rudy is much more reserved than his brother, preferring to watch his friends play while he tries to figure out what it is they are doing. We doubt he had much opportunity to play or even just to enjoy being a playful, loved puppy in his former life. Rudy is looking for an experienced poodle/doodle home with at least one other adult dog and a fenced yard. We also want to mention that while these dogs are poodle/doodle mixes we have no idea how much poodle is actually in them and so we cannot say that they would be allergy friendly.   Interested in adopting?
