Name: JT Breed: Goldendoodle Sex: Male Age: 2years Spayed/Neutered: Will be neutered/spayed prior to adoption Vaccinations: Vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Negative Housetrained: Getting there. Microchipped: Yes Adoption Fee/Donation: $400 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need.

Story
Bingo is a 1 year old, 85ish lb male Goldendoodle being re-homed at no fault of his own. His family told GRRAND: "Unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to care for his energy level. He needs a large space to run and someone with more time to play with him. Bingoe is crate-trained and house-trained and uses his kennel for sleeping and when we aren’t home. He knows it as 'house'  and 'go to your house'. He lives in a house with a cat but he still chases her. He can obey basic commands as long as he’s not too excited." Bingo is a young Goldendoodle and he will require a home that has the time to give him the exercise outlets he needs as he has plenty of energy to expel daily, and the direction he needs to be a good boy. Story
Charlie got a haircut and says "PICK ME!" Charlie is a 7 year old, 70lb male Goldendoodle who is being surrendered to GRRAND at no fault of his own. He is looking for a home that has the time and patience to work with him on on socialization and behavior as sadly, he has basically lived his 7 years with no guidance and training.  Charlie is soooo sweet, and gets along with other dogs (German shepherds, dachshunds, etc) and doesn't mind cats. He is crate trained and is in it when he is left alone. He is a handsome, full size Goldendoodle. Charlie has lost 20 pounds and he loves to romp and play, so he would benefit from a fenced in yard or a family committed to giving him the daily exercise he craves. He does seem to pull on leash (only when he sees another dog), but our volunteer had just met him and he wanted to sniff everywhere, but some work will cure that.  According to Charlie's past family, he is a happy go lucky dog who just fits in and goes with the flow. Charlie is currently known to be a counter surfer and that is a work in progress.  Charlie has been groomed consistently his whole life and has been well cared for. This little man is Nugget! He is a 2.5(ish) year old, 25lb male Doodle mix who was found as a stray and is now looking for his forever family. If he isn't just the cutest, we don't know what is! We urgently need a new foster or foster to adopt for this sweet boy who has just started heartworm treatment. His current medical foster home isn’t the right fit because of an existing hospice dog, and he needs a peaceful, lowstress environment as soon as possible to recover safely. Annie is a 6 year old, 75lb female Goldendoodle who is being rehomed as we were told: "My college age daughter got this dog and is not able to care for her. We assumed responsibility of her but cannot keep up with her needs. We work long hours and have a special needs child. Annie deserves a loving home where she is given attention and care." Annie is house-trained and used a crate as a puppy but not needed any longer so she has full run of the house when left alone. Annie lives with another dog and 2 cats and we are told: "Annie is sweet and well- behaved and she is fine with our other dog at home, however she will bark and yelp and show some aggression at other dogs while walking on leash. Annie is great with our 2 cats and has never showed aggression towards children. She is quite the sweet girl and looking for a home where she can get all the extra love and attention she can take. She is very friendly and curious and apparently does not do well on long car rides. Nova is a 6 year old, 50lb, female Goldendoodle who is being surrendered because "She needs someone that can be with her more than I can. She has a lot of energy and needs a place to run around." Nova needs a quiet, experienced adult only household with no kids as she is leary of strangers and does not like a lot of chaos. She needs a secure fenced in yard for her to run and play. She is house-trained and trustworthy in the home when left alone. Our GRRAND volunteer says: "Nova does not seek much attention but will come back to me every once in a while to check in - quick scritch then she's back to sniffing. It is very obvious she would love to have her own yard to sniff around in daily. Nova is not a digger nor does she bark. Nova has beautiful golden highlights in her fur." (update Oct 2) Our volunteer also says: "She is independent, loving, sweet, calm. I discovered today that she likes to chase a thrown tennis ball but she is not obsessive about it. She likes to sniff and wander but will seek you out for pets and snuggles. Nova has excellent manners. She won't jump up on you and I've never heard her bark." Nova will need a home with a secure fenced yard so she can romp and play, and a new "bestie" in the home would be a bonus! Nova gets along well with other dogs and will need a family that can be committed to giving her the daily exercise and direction she needs to be a happy and healthy girl! Nova is crate trained but has proven to be trustworthy and not get into anything when home. She can be a bit leary of strangers, but needs the right person who can help her work through that.  We are still learning about Nova, but if you would like to meet this cutie, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org ##2337447##
