Online Adoption Application › Loveable playful doodle mixSweet and silly Murphy needs a new home he’s a newly 5 year old Chesadoodle with lots of love to give! He’s a tall guy and almost 90 pounds but acts like a lapdog. He loves being around his people and snuggling. He loves to sleep and play with his stuffy toys! He loves his beds and pajamas help him feel secure and calm. He does best when he gets daily walks and opportunities to get some energy out. He’s crate trained, has completed basic obedience training, and does really well on leash during walks! He’s struggled to adjust to having a baby in the home and will need a home without babies/toddlers. He bit our baby while resource guarding his food. He does well with adults and older kids. Other dogs can be hit or miss. He’s an anxious guy and takes Prozac daily to help. He can take a while to adjust to new things but is not overly fearful. He’s in good health. Loula is a 5 year old, Great Pyrenees mix (we believe she is a Pyradoodle!) at only 50ish lbs who is being surrendered to GRRAND as her family tells us: "We are relocating to a larger city where we will not have the outdoor space or time to care for her properly. She currently has a large yard to play in, and she will not have that when they move." She should go to a home with no small children as her current home has them and we are told: " While we do have children, she likes to herd/follow small children and it does cause her to be stressed and not settle down when multiple kids are running around, and she does not like it when they are around while she is eating."  Loula is crate-trained and sleeps in it at night and needs plenty of activity to keep her busy. She will need a home with a fenced in yard so she can hang out and play. Our GRRAND volunteer who hangs with Loula in the GRRAND play yard tells us: "We were back in our field today with Miss Loula, who has recently had a second grooming and is looking even more beautiful. Loula is a Goldendoodle mix and she is great fun. She has a great sense of humor and likes to run like a gazelle while having a ball thrown for her, but she also loves to sit and be petted. She knows basic commands, including recall upon hearing her name. This girl needs to put some weight on her bones, but she is looking better everyday. It's always a great time with Loula!" Woody is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Woody is a 4-year old male Labradoodle, he weighs about 85lbs. is a loving boy, but does not do well around children and needs a predictable environment. He has bitten a child before out of fear. He regularly attends doggie day care and boarding, with no issues and we can provide references. He is up to date on vaccines and neutered.
